I had an outstanding experience at BMW of McKinney thanks to Angela Darden, the service advisor, and Kade Brummet, the technician. We arrived with a broken tire in an emergency situation, and from the moment we walked in, Angela was incredibly professional, attentive, and quick to get us taken care of. She efficiently handled the situation, making sure we were a priority and that everything was in motion right away. Kade, the technician, was equally impressive. He diagnosed the issue promptly and worked quickly to get our tire fixed, all while keeping us informed about the process via a video message. His expertise and attention to detail were evident, and it was clear that he truly cares about delivering high quality service. The entire experience was seamless, stress-free, and handled with such care and professionalism. Angela and Kade went above and beyond to ensure our emergency was resolved quickly. I’m incredibly grateful for their exceptional service, and thank them for helping my wife and son get back on the road safely. I went here on 2nd July of 2025, for four wheel alignment. They published a deal for 189$ so it was 50$ less than my usual service dealer BMW of Plano. My steering wheel was looking 11:30 when I was driving straight. In other saying when you put the steering wheel exactly 12 o’clock, the car was driving to the right. And I had an excessive wear on my rear right tire. At the end of the service during picking up, they gave me a feedback, that the cars original setup was not so bad and didn’t gave me any graphical report about prior and after service. And they blamed about my tires for that issue and offered complete tire change. My tires had during that time still 4mm tread which is acceptable in yellow zone. When I started to drive, I felt no change while driving. Most probably they didn’t touch it at all. Several weeks later I went to another dealer which was approved to handle with a BMW 740i. And they discovered a lot of displacement on rear right , and the front tires were looking to the right as I mentioned before. Paid more than the BMW McKinney dealership, but now I’m happy with my car. So an official BMW dealership could be also unreliable. I don’t know how BMW Germany will react, if they get notified with this issue. Doesn’t matter which brand you like, but the dealership is very important for your maintenance, to stay always happy with your car.
