Worst place ever. The guy was so rude. Called to ask if they had my tires, didn't even let me finish saying what size tire it was just said no and hung up. RUDE!!!!!!

Once they'll fix my tire which still has warranty (I have the receipt too) I'll think about 2stars for actually taking care of it!! They didn't want to fix it... unbelievable! They told me to go to another shop

The guy incharge or idk who he is. But hes supper rude. He charges me something that was his fault for not checking right and he still charges me extra because it took his time. So much more but not typing everything.

Went to get my lug nuts checked because they were loose. The guy says my suspension is bad I told him I went to Joe's underbody on Texas an institution on brakes suspension's cv joints etc. So he starts trying to loosen the lugs stops suddenly and says these lugs are stripped. I told him it's okay. I asked him wouldn't it be better if you lift the car? He laughs and says no he's been doing that for 25 years. So I ask are you removing them? He says no I say I thought you had 25 years experience. He says it's your attitude I don't want to deal with. 😂 I say okay drive off to a little tire shop by Hercules and Gateway S. (Northeast Tire Solutions) The first thing they do is lift the car. They loosen the lugs easily. They weren't stripped. 😂Excuse my bad attitude and his 25 years experience down the tubes. Lol

I went in to patch up my tire because I had a nail stuck in there. It was quick. I believe 10 min. Maybe because there were no customers in front of me. They also worked on my truck brakes from last year. My brakes continues to work, never had to go back again to get it rechecked

Buy your tires from a reputable dealer instead. The cheap Pantera tires they sell do not last the 50,000 miles that they claim on their so-called warranty; and if you try to get them to honor that, they will simply go around it by asking for “documentation” to prove you took care of your tires. Even if your tires are very obviously evenly worn out, rotated right - as what you normally get with oil changes, they want you to bring that in: each document that shows each rotation, if they even look at your tires to begin with, and they make it obvious they will come up with an excuse even then to avoid dealing with the warranty. Discount Tire and Sam’s give you free rotations for your tires, and at Discount, if you get a flat, your warranty covers that, too. Not at this place… Go anywhere else but this place.

We came to look for a used tire and we asked the guy with grey hair and he didn’t even let us finish our sentence before saying no. My husband asked for a tire size and the guy immediately cut him off. This is how the conversation went: My husband: hi do you guys happen to have any used tires size 235/7…. Grey Hair Guy: No we don’t, especially not used. He was so rude. I saw that they do have tires sizes starting in 235/ but he immediately cuts us off and says no. Me as a mechanic am polite for my business and my clients/customers, but this guy at this place was so rude. Never again are we coming here. I’m a mechanic but only came here for a used tire for my work truck.

This place is great! It's always busy, which is a good sign. They took care of my car, they were priced fairly, and the work was done quickly. I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of. I recommend this shop for sure, much better than those large corporate auto shops.

If you happen to come across this shop, keep scrolling. Rude, unprofessional, non-efficient, dishonest, waste of time and money is how I will describe my experience there. I brought in my vehicle for repair, and I found out later that one of the mechanics during the process turned on the engine without any oil in it, resulting in damaging my well working engine. They made me wait for almost two months for a used engine that ended up braking after. The owner refused to partake in the responsibility of looking at the vehicle and instead pointed the finger back at me for a nonreliable piece of scrap he installed into the vehicle. It takes them days to diagnostic an engine light and they will rather lie about fixing the minor issue you brought the vehicle in for a profitable recommendation that has nothing to do with the reason why you reached for their help. If you want a more trustworthy and reliable mechanic shop, look somewhere else!
