They’re prices are fair but worst customer service! I called, made an appointment, and the next day no one ever showed up at my house. Instead of management accommodate me, he initiated an arguement. If you use them double check you are on the schedule. I went to “Auto Glass Now” who gave me an even lower price and provided the customer service I expect.

Cheap, Fast & does Great Work! Just the way I like it! Wham, Bam, Thankyou Mam! Didn't even plan on getting a new windshield today. Went there to get an opinion on my windshield seal, cause it was leaking slightly. After he told me the price to start from scratch and that they can pull it in right now and had windshield on hand, I couldn't refuse! 35min later I was out the door! Good Job Guy's! I'll be sending everyone your way!

Fast, affordable, excellent service....I dont see what the fuss is about. Im using them again for my back glass after a second Vandalism. He fixed it in less than 2 hours and it looked better than the factory install. The only customer service I expected was my glass to be done promptly, mission accomplished.

I had my windshield replaced and my experience was not great. The customer service was wonderful, why 2 stars was received instead of 1, but the finished product was VERY POOR! My car was less than 2 years old when I had to have my windshield replaced because a rock hit it and caused a pretty serious crack. Once the windshield had been replaced, there were big globs of black glue that could be seen around the edges of the windshield. The tools used to pry the old windshield up caused scratches along the edges that scratched the paint leaving it open for rust. And lastly, the piece that foes along the bottom of the windshield to prevent water from entering was not put back on my car. Again, the customer service received by the office was great but my service received was poor. Based on my experience, I will not recommend them for repairs.

Only thing that I was satisfied was with was how fast he installed the glass. But he was unprepared, didn't clean up or vacuum the broken glass. And lastly demanded his money, acting like I wasn't going to pay. I'll definitely be contacting the owner about this issue so others won't have the same results.

Last Wednesday we woke up to a broken back window! We were in a hurry to get the glass replaced and Budget Auto Glass gave us the best price in town and completed the replacement in under an hour! The staff are a hoot and were great company while we waited! I would highly recommend Budget Auto Glass to anyone! And While I hope we don't HAVE to, I know we will return if need be!

Budget Auto Glass was easy to schedule and quick with the turn around. I called Safelite first but was completely turned off by how aggressive the phone rep was in wanting all my info up front before I knew if I wanted to use them for service. Budget didn't do that and was easy to work with. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I called them this past Monday to get a quote on replacing my windshield. The lady on the phone asked me did i want to do in shop or mobile service. Then when I told her the days I could do mobile and the days I could do in shop she preceded to tell me they're not doing mobile in this weather. I wondered to myself "then why did she ask me that question" but I still made an appointment for that Wednesday because the cost was low and I heard from a few people I know that they do good work. Well the next day, Tuesday, the lady called me and asked was I still coming in the next day because I didn't call her back. I was confused and I told her "yes at my 10am appointment time" she then bascially yells at me and says "my 10 o'clock time is filled" When I tried to ask her why she gave my appointment time away she yelled at me again saying "well my 10 o'clock time is filled" At that point I told her I was going to go somewhere else and I hung up. I will not give someone my business who yells at me when she is the one who made the mistake. I will end up going to Binswanger to get my windshield replaced. (Look for my review on them in a week or two) They might be $40 more but they have a lifetime guarantee and so far they have been a lot more respectful to me. Budget might do great work but I'll never find out.

Great service, super fast. Installed a new windshield in my ‘92 dodge Dakota. Had the glass in stock, came the day after I called and installed it while I was at work. Cheaper than safelite and much less hassle. I’ll definitely be calling them to do my other truck

Budget Auto Glass did an amazing job replacing my 2013 Jeep Wrangler windshield. They were extremely pleasant and gave me the best deal around in regards to both price and quality. I called them on Thursday afternoon about replacing a window on my vehicle. During the phone call the guy on the phone acted annoyed that I was calling and didn’t seem to listen to what I needed. And when. I asked if I could just come to the shop at a certain time he said no he would rather they come to me. Never the less we set an appointment for the next day. Their time window was “the afternoon.” The next morning I called again to get a better time frame of when they would be coming. When I called he again seemed annoyed that I was calling and said he would have the driver call me with a better time frame. The driver never called. I called again and was hung up on as soon as they picked up. I called a couple more times and no answer. The driver never showed up and the company never called me back. Absolutely piss poor service and integrity from a company. UPDATE: The driver showed up late after I left the review. Didn’t do a great job on the window and was watching his sons game on his phone during his work which would be fine however the work was bad and I ended up having to get the window redone by another company

Customer service is the worst. Called to find out if the tech was running late and still coming as it was 30min after my appointment time and I had not received a call. The person on the phone immediately got angry and hung up the phone. When I called back, the same person answered the phone and continued to talk over me and cut me off when I attempted to get any info. Telling me I needed to wait. I took the day off to get my window replaced for my 9-11 am appointment, around 12pm I called back to the shop and was asked to hold- after 5 mins on hold I hung up. Don't waste your time or money!

My windshield was busted and I was able to schedule a repair the next day. I was so relieved when they told me the price, because I'm a student and on a budget. The service was quick and I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. Hopefully I'll never have to get my windshield replaced again, but if I do I know where I'll be going. Thanks so much!

At first, I was really impressed with the work these guys did replacing the windshield on my car. The guy came out to the house on-time, the windshield looked good, and it was cheap. The first time it rained, though, I noticed that the rain sensor wasn't working so I called them up and asked what was going on. I was advised to take my car to the dealership to have the sensor "recalibrated." $140 later, the dealership informed me that there was nothing wrong with the sensor except that these guys had put it back without the gel sensor ring! The people at Budget Auto Glass were extremely rude when I asked them to fix it, and it was only after multiple phone calls that they agreed to replace the part that THEY lost. They refused to come to me so I had to leave work early to get the car to their shop, only to have them accuse the dealership of removing the sensor ring when they ran the diagnostics on it. Even then, the guy didn't put the pod back on the windshield correctly and I had to re-mount it myself when, the next time it rained, the wipers still weren't working. I asked for a partial refund of $140 (out of $380 that I paid them for the job) to cover what the dealership charged me since THEY told me to go there and THEY caused the problem by re-assembling the sensor incorrectly, but they refused. They didn't do any permanent damage, and the glass itself looks fine and hasn't leaked. If your windshield doesn't have a rain sensor, these guys may do just fine, but they have no idea how to handle rain sensors and if anything goes wrong, the customer service is horrible.

I was quoted a price of 190.00 to replace windshield. After Install was told it was 249.67. They charged 131.76 for the windshield and 110.00 for 2.3 hrs. of labor. The install was less then an hour. Budget sent American Auto Glass without letting me know. Would recommend you use anyone else. Budget and American can not be trusted. Make sure you check reviews for Budget Auto Glass, American Auto Glass LLC, American Auto Glass LlC. and from the reviews I've read don't use your credit card unless you want to be charged multiple times for the same windshield.

I am giving 5 stars because of PHILIP who was my technician for my windshield. He was very kind, patient, and informative. He made sure he went above and beyond despite the hot temperatures that day. From the initial call I knew this was the place for me, once I got my quote and and appointment scheduled I dropped off my car to have them work their magic. They called me within an hour or so to let me know that it was ready, took my state inspection decal and transferred them to the new glass no problem, even kept my base decals so that I could turn them in with no hassle. Great job guys, you have my business from here on.

After discovering that some low life had smashed one of the passenger door windows in our car, I contacted Budget Auto Glass for a quote to replace the window. They were extremely courteous over the phone and they quickly provided me with a total cost, including parts, labor, and tax. The price quoted was the price I paid; no hidden fees. They were able to get the replacement window to their shop within 30 minutes and had it repaired and ready to go about 30 minutes after that. Super fast, super friendly, locally owned and operated by a wonderful husband and wife team. I highly recommend this shop if you have a need for auto window or windshield repair. They did a great job!

They replaced my windshield incorrectly and I notified them about it and the window has a stress crack. The owner said he was going to send someone out to me and it’s been 2 weeks now and no one has came and he keeps giving me the run around. I do not recommend doing business with them.

I don’t like companies that are dishonest about the way they do thing. Called and got a price agreed to it when they came out put it in when it was time to pay it was 276 and then when they ran my card it was 285 they just don’t tell people what they’re paying for and I thought it’s pretty messed up to tell somebody the cost of something and then charge you more standing right in front of you.. it’s not the money with me it’s the dishonesty.. I would definitely use a different auto glass company. I will never use them again.
