Dropped my car off to have 2 tires installed at 10:30 am and 4hrs later tires still weren't installed, manager said 6 or 7 cars were still ahead of me. Staff was friendly but service is extremely slow. I bought the tires and took them to J&M Tires down the street, cost $20 more to be installed but way faster so completely worth it to me.

Went in for a simple oil change with only one car before me at 8am. My car was pulled into the garage about 830 and just sat in the garage until it was lifted at 915. Waited so long that I had to ask for manager and find out why it was taking so long. Here is my thing if you post that you open at 7am, then be open at that time. The manager then tells me that they only had one tech the whole time until about 9am. Can someone let me know when that became my concern that you didn't have your department covered properly.

I just want to thank the Manager and the very sweet cashier yesterday when I had a flat tire that was dry rotted ( sheesh, how I let get to that point? ) they were so cool in giving me a great price for my situation after seeing how distraught I was of this unexpected event in my day and income And the mechanics making for sure I had the proper tire placed on my vehicle. THANKS AUTO CENTER YOU GUYS ROCK!!

They are horrible honestly! I waited an hour just for them to tell me I couldn't get my oil changed because my check engine light was on and my windshield was cracked!! They are lazy and I heard they don't be putting people's oil on right!! Don't waste your money or time!!

Total time for an oil change? ~3 hours. After about an hour and a half, they finally told me I'd have to do a different type of oil change for whatever reason. Then, about another hour passed and the manager came to me and said they couldn't find my car! Then they finally started the "pit crew" stating it would take around 20 min. A little over a half hour later, I was finally checking out. Received no apology and I saw numerous people there extremely frustrated and in a similar predicament to mine.

Please do not waste your time here, it took them 1.5 hours to draw a square on my tire with a marker (I wish I was exaggerating), just for them to say they can't fix it. The whole department can't even communicate with each other, and didn't even know who's cars they were working on. They also lied claiming they "tried to contact me." Which is funny because I was in their waiting area the entire time. Take your car to someone who cares AND knows what they're doing, because from my experience and others, I can tell you they don't do it here.

DON’T GO HERE!! I came for an oil change and they NEVER CHANGED MY OIL! They drained it but forgot to put oil in it!! I didn’t realize it until my car stopped running! I had to go to my mechanic just for him to tell me that there was NO OIL IN MY CAR!! BONE DRY!! Luckily there was no severe damage to the engine but still how do you forgot to put in oil? They put the sticker but no oil. What a joke….

I went with a Walmart oil change because the price is good. This does not mean the quality was good. My tires were pumped to over 50 PSI when they should be 32. All the things that were included in the oil change such as the vacuum and the 21-point inspection were declined by the front desk operator even after I asked about them before I checked in my vehicle. I did not find out until after and no one would do this after the fact. They go home early, so don't rely on store hours or posted hours and they never answer the phone.

They are horrible I came here from Newport News because my Walmart was way packed all week just to get over here and hear another customer complain that the guy not only cheated him oil but also put the wrong oil in his truck. Then they rang another guy up for the wrong size tires guy had been waiting for a hour or longer then I say yes I want a oil change the cashier says what type of oil I said how do you not know. They need more training for sure these dudes are confused literally almost the whole staff was lost

I’ve been multiple times and they’ve always had terrible customer service + mediocre results. The workers are always too busy goofing off to get anything done. I literally was asked to wait mid check-in so that they could chat and buy drinks. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. It took over 3 hours. It may save money going here but it sure is a waste of time.

The weight to just get a service written up was ridiculous. The service writer was sweet and she did everything she had to do to get the customers out the way to do the service writing. It's a shame they only have one worker back there. Handling the register and the door and the customers I went there to get an oil change and go shopping in the middle of shopping. I get a call. Saying that they canceled my order because they couldn't open my hood. I don't think that was acceptable. They should have called me and asked how to open my hood or if I can come back to open it. I go to the back after telling them how to open it. And they still didn't do any service to my car, so I left I won't be returning and I'll let other people know as well, how terrible their service is at the auto care.

Had a popped tire literally right down the street was able to get enough air in it to last a drive into their parking lot. Knowing this place is very busy I tried to make an appointment Through their app, which I downloaded. By default the closest appointment time was six days away. So I walked in and was told almost immediately after arriving that unless you have an appointment, they can’t help me. When asked when they would be taking walk-ins again because their appointment system is a week out I was told it shouldn’t be that far out and this is a “management decision.” It sounded like total BS and that I was just being blown off because he had a feeling I didn’t come in with an appointment. I drove down the street to the tire shop across the road. Just barely made it and happily paid three times more than what Walmart would’ve charged me. It’s hard because I don’t even wanna step foot into this Walmart again

I had my two front tires replaced this time. My wife and I have received great service at this location in the past. This time the service was subpar and price was ok. Employees were unfamiliar with the products they offered and they quoted a price that wasn't my final price. There was a constant rotating menagerie of employees who sought to shirk their responsibilities onto the next.

Absolutely horrible I don’t even know how they keep the auto department still running here. Doesn’t matter if you make an appointment you still will be here for hours and they could care less about your time. Take your business elsewhere. What a joke.

I've been here a few times with no problem, this time time I will never be back. Came in for an oil change, the next morning my wife tries to take my car to work, and we discover that the engine is basically empty of oil, and what residual oil is on the dipstick rod is dirty. Would love my money back, also really hoping my engine isn't ruined, but I won't know that until I can see a REAL mechanic.

Had a 9:30 AM appointment for an oil change, but my car wasn’t touched even after an hour. When I finally asked at 11:30, they said my ticket was canceled and they weren’t sure if the oil was even changed. Later they claimed it was done but offered no proof, and the windshield label wasn’t updated. Staff told me to “check it yourself,” which is completely unprofessional. Very frustrating experience and a poorly managed service center. Not recommended.

Absolutely the worst customer service available. Trying to buy something in a locked case will require a minimum 10 minute wait time. I was the third person waiting for a case to be opened but had to wait for three people to check out. The employee who had the key gave it to someone who was backed up on a register which would have costed me more time to hopefully get it opened. The one who had the key said he's got too many other things to do than sit there and open cases. Mind you his vest said theft prevention. If you're going to lock everything up, then why not use the money you're saving from losses to pay someone readily available to open the cases up. Maybe someone in theft prevention? Doubtful that someone from the store would try and reach out but man would I love to talk to some from of management. Heaven forbid they actually take accountability for their lack of customer service. I'll never shop at this location again. Is rather pay a little more for my goods than deal with this poor excuse for a Walmart.

I have to commend Paul on his incredible professionalism and knowledge. As a first-time customer here, I had a lot of questions, and Paul answered them all promptly before my service even started. When I arrived, the app was having major system issues, and despite the massive volume of customers, the shop was extremely short-staffed—it was just Paul and another associate named Loretta. Paul was clearly running the show, multitasking with a level of skill I’ve never seen before. Even while he was inspecting my car, I had to stop and tell him how much I appreciated his help. There were two active registers ready to go, but Loretta was just a negative energy and a nuisance instead of actually helping other customers. She just kept telling Paul there were more people before eventually disappearing into the back. Meanwhile, a customer behind me was being extremely disrespectful to Paul after only waiting 10 minutes. Paul handled the situation with total professionalism even though he was already doing the work of multiple people. Also, a huge shout-out to Nathan, the mechanic, for his great work on the service itself—he kept things moving in the garage while the front was hectic. I will definitely come back specifically to see Paul. He is a credit to this location. However, Walmart corporate seriously needs to fix the auto service section of the app and address the staffing issues. Give this man a raise and promote Paul immediately!
