You would never know someone smacked into my truck! Everyone is Polite and helpful! The minute you walk in your automatically greeted and assisted, information was gathered and within seconds the Estimator came out to walk with me looking at my damages. The ladies in the front had already reached out to enterprise to pick me up from their facility. It was a very quick and painless process! I was kept updated through the entire process of repairs! Very poor in delivering the vehicle on time. Keeps moved the estimate date and no intimation of delivery date change unless you call them. I went to this repair shop after i hit the guardrail on road. Chose them for their ratings as suggested by car insurance but seems like i made a wrong choice. I am out of my rental car coverage through insurance which is 30 days and didn’t get the car from them yet and now i am paying for rental car out of my pocket.

Incredibly slow repair process. My original estimated completion date was 6 weeks after my accident. They didn’t let me know until 3 days after this date that repairs would take another 3 weeks (via text). My insurance company is no longer covering my car rental (50 day maximum) so an accident where I was not at fault has cost me a total of 700+ out of pocket. Terrible experience from a company recommended by my insurance.

I recently took my vehicle to Caliber Collision to fix a decently sized dent in the front passenger door. I was assisted by a worker named Arlin who was extremely kind, respectful and knowledgeable. I received text messages through the entire time updating me on where my vehicle was in the repair process, and I always received a prompt response if I had any questions or concerns. I was very impressed in the speed of the repair, but even more so the results. The car looks great, they did a wonderful job and you cannot tell there was any damage at all. They even washed my car and cleaned the inside- the service was above and beyond what was expected. They also work closely with enterprise rentals and they will send someone to pick you up to take you to get your rental vehicle! And then you can drop off the rental right at the Caliber Collision when your vehicle is ready. The whole process was so smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs and I know they will be my first choice should I need repairs in the future. Thank you so much Caliber Collision and thank you Arlin!

Please do not come here. I had an extremely frustrating experience with this shop. My car was not ready by the estimated completion date that was promised. On the day I was supposed to pick it up, I called when I was 10 minutes away and was told the technician had forgotten to order a part for my bumper. After waiting an additional week, I finally picked up my car and was told everything was fixed. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. My horn no longer worked, and all of the same warning lights came back on shortly after. After having my car for nearly two months with unresolved issues, I had no choice but to take it to another shop. This was a huge waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I would not recommend this place.

I would like to say that out of all the repair shops I have EVER been to Caliber Collision is hands down the absolutely the best! Stephen Gomez did my estimate and kept me updated on everything that was going on. I actually thought they were going to keep my car for a while but I ended up having a 3 day turnaround. I received my car back better than what I turned it into. I’d also like to thank the ladies up front. Before leaving a review for this shop, I read previous Google reviews from other customers. I understand many of their concerns; however, having worked in this industry myself, I know that parts delays are sometimes unavoidable. That doesn’t mean the person handling my vehicle should be blamed there’s only so much they can do when parts are delayed. A major issue is that some customers don’t always see it that way. The employees at this shop put in a lot of work and dedication to get our vehicles back on the road. Vehicles are expensive nowadays, and none of us want new car payments. I’ve always told myself and others that once a vehicle has been in a collision, it’s never exactly the same. Truthfully, it’s never perfect even when it comes straight from the dealership, let alone after body work. None of the employee or the shop's Fault. I also want to add that the person I was working with at this location kept me updated every other day, clearly explaining any issues they found and the parts delays they were dealing with. Those are the things that really matter communication and transparency. It’s important to acknowledge that and be understanding of the process. Thank you again John for being transparency.
