Caliber was amazing. Their ability to assess damage, coordination with insurer, obtain rental car and ordered out of shop parts TOOK LESS THAN 60 MINUTES! Normally you will spend 2+ hours at a dealer. Quality of finished work was impeccable and Jacquies handling of customer service was its own art form. Thank you guys!

I had the BEST experience with Caliber Collision on Diamond Springs Road. They have the best customer service I've ever experienced. After a horribly inconvenient car accident, dealing with a knowledgeable team especially Dominic who was assigned to my case, I was always informed by text the different stages my car was in and next steps. I was never in the dark, I never had to call and check in, I was included throughout the entire process and they communicated directly with my car insurance so I didn't have to do anything but pay my deductible. The process was estimated to take almost 2 months, but the team at Caliber Collision worked so diligently and efficiently, my car was personally returned to my home since I have children and couldn't get to them, 2 weeks earlier than estimated! Incredible experience all around. Would easily recommend to anyone needing bodywork done on their vehicle! Or if going through Allstate after an accident, choose Caliber Collision!

Rear end repairs were great! Fixed up the paint and got the new parts in and replaced and they look nice like nothing happened. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! We had a tail light alert pop up later the day we picked it up, so we took it back to get checked out. They went ahead and replaced the light right then and there checked out all the wiring. Would definitely use them again for any car repairs!

I’m sitting in the parking lot writing this review because I had to share right away my experience at this facility. I was in a hit and run this past weekend and I dropped my car off on Tuesday (5/20/25). Dominic took great care of me and my car. Great customer service. He called me the following day to update me on the status of the repair, hoping to have it done by next week. I got a call from him today (5/23/25) and my car was already finished. It looks like it was never hit. I’m very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Dominic and the mechanical team!

My insurance suggested I come to this place for repairs on my sports car. I have had nothing but awesome service. I was kept updated multiple times a week, with videos and pictures of the repairs. My vehicle was in a sideswipe accident and needed a lot of repairs, they managed to get the repairs done earlier than time expected. I highly recommend this place for repairs. I have an issue with the way this job estimate was quoted to me. Estimate was $1808 so I agreed to have the work done and drop the car off. When dropping off I was told there may be additional charges once they get into it for calibration of the radar sensor, but no estimate was given for the calibration at that time. My problem is if they new that might be the case why not give me an estimate of what that cost might be with the rest of the job? If AI can give me an estimate of what the calibration of the radar sensor might run at least I would have known that before I agreed to the work that my bill could be an additional $575 more than the original estimate! Otherwise, I would have given a 5 star review for the work performed and the great service had I been give a more accurate estimate or at least a heads up on the calibration and the cost involved.
