I've been coming to this location for pretty much everything for a couple years now. From simple oil changes to more serious concerns with my vehicle, my experience here has always exceeded my expectations. The staff have always been very kind and take the time to explain things I may not understand, or help break down the pricing for repairs and services. They have always been very transparent and honest, and are willing to work with me to get repairs done in a way that works with my schedule and budget. Luke really stood out to me today, as he took the time to clearly explain what their findings were and what steps I should take from here. I can't thank all of the staff there enough for making my experiences as stress-free as possible. Definitely will be continuing to visit this shop for the foreseeable future :)

Edit to update: staff always goes above and beyond for my services and are really nice. Always go to express oil change and am in and out quickly. Staff is always nice and explains well. I had a great experience have been a customer for years. A little expensive vs local repair shops but they can fix about anything on your car.

1 star for breaking my key off the key fob. They said it maybe needed tightened? I’ve had this key for seven years and never had an issue. Car X had it for 1 hour and broke it. My husband called them back and spoke to someone who said they will replace it but I don’t think that wouldn’t have happened if he hadn’t followed up.

I'm incredibly disappointed with my service at this Car-X location. My seatbelt clicker jammed, and the entire part had to be replaced. They got the part on order, which arrived within two days, but the wrong size was ordered. They reordered the part, which took another two days to arrive, but my car was not serviced for another week after the correct part arrived. I paid in advance for both the part and the labor, yet it took nearly two weeks after payment for my seatbelt to be replaced. I have also had issues in the past of not having all of my concerns addressed in one visit (I came back separate three times for the shop to replace a headlight). TL;DR - This location disregarded my time and my safety, and I will not return due to consist inefficiency, carelessness, and negligence of important details.

Good people very reasonable. I told the lads exactly what I wanted done they did exactly that. Of course they called to see if I wanted to replace my Catalytic Converter for another $800 . I couldn’t afford that so they didn’t pressure me into doing that extra job. Overall decent price, great service. I’ll be back.

Lost my business. Been here numerous times for oil changes. Asked about a tire rotation, they said they would honor it if I came in after, since it was a sunday and tire rotationis not done Sundays.. Talked to Caleb last night, got something scheduled for 430pm tonight, he said if you get off early, come on in. I get there today, drove from the East side in the snow and wind advisory. I get there and there is a tow truck blocking any sort of entrance. I pull out into the street and wait. Since I had been waiting, I decided to call and ask if there was a way to pull in so I didn't have to wait in the street. Mike told me I was overthinking the situation and just wait for the tow to leave. I had already been waiting IN THE STREET for 15 minutes.

Went in their today 3 guys sitting in the garage doing nothing no customers. Finally someone comes out i tell him I need a oil change he gets my car in comes back tells me theirs 20000 miles left I explain to him no their isn't cause my light came on yesterday and I added oil hes like oh. With a attitude so some other dude and him see me looking threw the window and come and tell me a filler is busted and he can't do it and has to order one from autozone well gee if u knew it was broken instead of sitting around with your buddies you should of ordered it.i think it's a excuse not to do it just like I told them. Then they decided to yell back at me.i told them forget and give me my keys and drove it out the bay myself. I will never go back their again. If I could give u 0 stars I would.

I sent my girlfriend here with good intentions since they take great care of me when I get an oil change. Unfortunately, she was charged $130 for a full synthetic oil change (6.4 quarts) — without a tire rotation and with a $10 coupon. I spoke with Caleb (manager), and he gave the usual runaround, claiming the tire rotation is complimentary, though she wasn’t informed of this at the time. I also requested a detailed breakdown of the charges, and the math didn’t add up considering the coupon. For more transparent and fair pricing, you might consider other shops nearby, like Firestone.

Allan checked my car over thoroughly and gave me an honest diagnoses which included how long I would have to fix each issue and how much it would cost. They understand what it's like to budget and did nothing for my car that it didn't need. I trust Allan and will be back when I need maintenance. I didn't end up having expensive repairs and I'm glad they did not try to rip me off.
