Gentleman that runs this shop sold me 4 tires for 570$ cash. Those tires literally FELL APART within first 3 month of use! I want full or partial refund. I’m attaching pictures of conversation on marketplace and images of tires.

I want to start off by stating that this place does an amazing job! The owner is very knowledgeable about car products and best prices! He explains his work simply and thoroughly. I come here all the time to get my tires, brakes, and car alignment. They worked on my car in a timely manner! I have not had any issues with this place. Prices are convenient! Great friendly and quick service to repair and replace my tire. Was on the 605 and got an alert that my tire pressure was low and it dropped quickly. Did a quick exit and google search to find Cesar’s Tires. They repaired the tired within 15 mins. Unfortunately the nail did more damage than expected and we had to replace the tire. They were able to get a replacement delivered, installed, and tripled checked it before we left. Overall, including initial repair, we spent an hour at the shop. They are reasonably priced and helped us back on the road quickly. I felt they were more than fair and deserved a tip. Would recommend and come back.

Awesome, local tire shop. I used to go to the larger, national chain, tire shop down the street, but no more. I saved $200 on my first visit and have never looked back. On my most recent visit, I had a flat. I was thinking about just getting a new set of 4 tires. The tech showed me that it wasn't necessary at this time because the tires still had lots of miles left in them. He repaired the flat and had me on my way in no time. A less honest business would have just sold me the tires and keep the old ones to sell as used.

One of the few tire shops open on a Sunday! I called early Sunday morning got there and there were super cool and friendly. They swapped over all 4 of my tires to my new wheels and they did it within the hour. I wouldn’t hesitate about going back. I think I just found my go to tire shop!

Be careful of this place they sell tires that are old. I purchased 4 tires that looked to be in good shape. What I didn't realize is the date code of the tires was from 2008. The tires started having issues and falling apart. Some tires started having uneven wear and causing shaking in less than 4k miles. Be aware and check the date codes on the tires they sell.

Elmer is the one who helped me, and he was absolutely exceptional - super knowledgeable, honest, and patient in explaining everything. He made sure I got the right tires for my truck and took care of everything quickly without cutting corners. Let’s start with I arrived at 748pm on a Friday night and he was happy to service (tires) all the way around on my truck. Didn’t try and skip the balancing like a lot of other shops I’ve been to try and get away with not doing. Now we can move onto the solid quality used tires. When I say solid I mean solid 90-95% tread AND the DOT dates aren’t all old (again like other shops). In short…have been here before and will continue to return!
