I'm a bit biased cause it's my cousins shop. But he's definitely always done an awesome job for my family. And I know they are hard workers, so I always trust their opinion. They will let you know what they can and can't provide and direct you to somewhere else if need be.

Excellent service, reasonable prices. My 15 year old Jeep's air conditioner stopped working. They figured out the problem quickly. They needed to order the parts and apologized that they were heavily booked and could not get to it right away. That wasn't a problem for me, and I scheduled a convenient time for the repair. The work was done in a very reasonable amount of time. My a/c is working beautifully now. Very knowledgeable mechanics and able to explain exactly what needed to be done. The estimate was accurate as well. I'm a very happy customer. Highly recommend Chapman's.

I'm wowed! My car died on me this morning and left me stranded on Lancaster Ave. I knew it was the alternator, it's been acting up and has had problems in the past. I had it towed to Chapmans, who I've never used before, and they had me all set with a new alternator within a few hours. They didn't try to nickle and dime me because I'm a girl and/or this was an emergency. Just buckled down in this 100 degree heat and got my car all fixed up. I'm beyond grateful and will definitely be going back!
