I have taken my car here twice now for body work. The staff are really nice and straightforward.They did a very good job both times and were very thorough. They are an express shop for my insurance company which made the whole process very quick and painless. I did not have to schedule a convenient time for adjusters to come and assess the damage, I just dropped the car off and picked it up a week later when it was done. The first time I came was due to vandalism which caused my door to clip the body frame every time I opened it. They were very thorough, fixing everything which could be affected by this damage (window seal, wheel well, door frame, front bumper, etc.) They really made sure to do the job right. The second time I came in was for a scratch on the door. They did an excellent paint job, the car looks brand new!

I took my daughter’s Car in to repair her driver’s side door. She had slid into a pole. Juan was very thorough and noticed additional damage to the mirror that I had missed. I got her car back a day sooner than promised. The car looked better than new. I am very happy with their service and will recommend them to all my friends. A+ for service. A+ for quality.

My parents were on their way home to Oregon and their car was hit crossing the border. This shop fixed their car and got it safe to drive. They charged us a better than fair price. The bathrooms and waiting area are spotless!! About 4 different people offered us coffee, bottled water, soda. If you are looking for friendly, clean and great prices this is the shop to go to. They make you feel like you are family. A++++ customer service!!

Unfortunately, I didn't take a before & after pic of my car repair but wow my car looks good!! Thank you to Jose and his entire staff for their professionalism, hard work, patience, and customer service! Everyone was truly amazing to work with!!! Along with the repair, they did a complementary car wash. My car is the default car for road trips, beach trips, going out, etc and on top of that my dog makes a mess in the car so it was in embarrassing condition when I brought it in but they cleaned my car so good- inside & out, it looked brand new LOL!! I just had to tip them haha. Once again, thank you so much everyone! I appreciate everyone (:

Hassle free customer service, good communication, excellent work, on-time completion of repair...what more could you want. Front left fender and trim dented on my 2021 Tacoma from collision. CVAB worked directly with my insurance, State Farm, to get the repair done. Looked like a new truck when I drove it away. Vehicle was washed, tires shined. That was a nice bonus! My wife was in a rear end collision about 2 weeks ago and I decided to take our car to Chula Vista Auto Body. Carlos is one of their painters and did an amazing job. Excellent service, fixed up my 2023 Maverick after getting rear-ended. Looks like new, wait time was acceptable, and customer service (Angie) was great. They informed me of a pending recall that I had taken care of at the dealer. Next time I need any body work I am returning here. All of their staff was helpful and they have a really cool lobby area. Two other times at another repair shop I got my vehicles back with check engine lights on, that they did not have prior. There were very long wait times and no resolution to the check engine lights by the shop (they just cleared it with the ODB scanner).

Wow!! I had such a great experience during my claims process, but mainly because of Pedro Navarro. He took in my car for the repairs, answered all of my questions and concerns throughout the process and always maintained good communication with me in regards to updates with the repairs.
