★☆☆☆☆ Experience was absolutely horrible. I was referred to Mr Keith at Charleston Auto Elite Group to replace my rotors. That service went well. I went back about 2 weeks later to have my valve cover gasket replaced at ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE i have ever had. Mr Keith tore my motor down to the gasket. Called me and told me someone pulled up and told him to charge me $300 now we never discussed pricing on the vehicle and that was asked before any work was performed. I asked what would the total be and Mr Keith smiled and said I'm not going to charge you a-lot and thats all that was said. Long story short I couldn’t afford the service at that time so only assuming he doesn’t want to do the work. Ok cool, your choice. So i asked if he could put my vehicle back together and i would figure the problem out another time i got my vehicle back with codes that i did not have prior too and he broke several pieces under my hood. I do not recommend. I will be seeing this business in court.
