Just picked up my car today and I couldn't be happier. Looks brand new. You'd never know I scraped the side of it. From Francis at the front desk to Shawn who saw my car through its repair every step of the way, to the guys who did the repairs itself, everything was fantastic. I thought it would take at least 7-10 business days to do the work and they got it done in 5. Every bit worthy of 5 stars and I'm telling anyone who needs body/paint work done to to come here.

The work they do is high quality, they managed to fix all the panels without buying new ones. Dropped it off on a Thursday and it was done the next Friday! I was expecting it to take weeks. They followed up with me via email which really helped calm my nerves, and they also vacuumed and gave my entire car a nice wash, wax, and polish (which I really appreciated). I would definitely recommend this shop!

Everyone here is so kind and wonderful! Kevin gave me a very upfront estimate to get my bumper fixed after it was ripped off. He was great at communicating any additional costs or time it would take to fix it. My car looks beautiful again - I think they may have even vacuumed it for me before returning it! Crash Champions Collsion still refuse to return my telephone. Mr Patrick, Still refuse to fix a part on my car that they never replace. let your insurance company know DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE. The take short cut fix cars and do not return cars and half of the insurance company are part of the issue

I had an amazing experience with Crash Champions after my car was hit. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Francis at the front desk was incredible—she made sure I had all the information I needed and walked me through what to expect. She also made the drop-off process super easy, which I really appreciated. When I picked up my car, it looked great, and they even cleaned it up for me, which was a nice touch! I also loved that I received text updates throughout the entire process, so I was never left wondering about the status of my vehicle. Repairs initially began 10/4/2023 by 10/17 they completed most of the job and my vehicle looked good for what they did complete. Vehicle was drivable I had to pick it up due scheduling issues and advised I will reschedule to complete what they didn’t initially complete in Oct …. When picked up vehicle marks were still on my car and my camera had x on them … advise I can drop vehicle off in Dec ( that’s the earliest) because I’ll be going out of town this appt was made a few days after pick up in Oct .. part of the issue shop advised some of the damages weren’t on insurance initial estimate but was reported to insurance on the claim info which verified. dropped vehicle off on the 12/7 picked up vehicle on 12/21 was advised they will call and reschedule to bring vehicle back due the holidays and also give insurance inspector time to approve the additional damage that was not on the estimate… come to find out insurance has been waiting for them to rewrite estimate since 10/17 . Contact shop on 01/04/2024 to advise insurance is still waiting on them to rewrite the estimate and I’m still waiting for call from shop. I also sent an email as well and no response from the email as of yet. Holidays can be hectic time Meanwhile I’m still driving around with green circles on my truck. In-spite of all of the above the shop staff is nice. I chose this shop from infinity’s certified list. Will update review once completed entirely.

I called around looking for an estimate for replacing my car emblems and they were able to do it same day. Omar told me to show up at a particular time and surprisingly when I arrived, he was able to get me in. Omar was excellent with explaining best and worst case price for the job. I've used this location several times in the last 5 years (unfortunate that I've needed them, but fortunate that they exist). Every time, they have been fast, dependable, and do impeccable work. My experience was not good. The car now rattles, so I am worried something was not fixed properly. Additionally, there is paint damage on the right side, the side that was affected. You would think this would have been part of the repair. finally, the service was poor. I was told to come get the car, and it was a long distance drive for me to do so. I had to have a rental car, which I returned. Upon getting to crash champions, I was told the car was not ready after all. They told me they would rent me a car and “cover“ the expenses. My car was ready a week later, and then the rental car company kept calling me because crash champions would not give them the correct information in order to pay for the car. Their manager explicitly avoided calls from the rental car company, and I was charged the entirety of the rental car cost. I would avoid this place if possible.

had a great experience getting my car repaired here. brent was extremely knowledgeable about what my vehicle repairs would entail and was thorough in making sure i also understood. he had great communication keeping me updated on my repairs status and ultimately did a wonderful job on my car. it came back perfect and it was done super fast. the location also works with local car rental companies which was very convenient. i hope i don’t have to use them again soon but if i did, i know it would be a smooth process.

They were on point and didn’t take any longer to provide an estimate or for State Farm to get back to me. The person who did my estimate is such an awesome Employee and listened to everything that I asked for. The front desk Mini, she is the sweetest of them all and very professional, also welcoming.
