Initially, I had my tint done on my 2020 vehicle at Gulfsouth Autoworks in Slidell. The rear window had a hair underneath the tint, causing the tint to be removed and re-installed. The second tint job at Gulfsouth Autoworks in Slidell had water stains on the headliner by the rear window and creases ranging from 2"-3" long on the tint. This is a true sign of sloppy craftsmanship. I did not want to deal with this company a 3rd time, so I made an appointment with Custom Tint Solutions. Reggie did the removal and install on the rear window. Reggie put the 3M tint on correctly, and I was extremely happy with his work. Reggie is professional and I highly recommend Custom Tint Solutions if you want it right the first time. The pictures I uploaded are due to the terrible work at Gulfsouth Autoworks in Slidell.

I recently went here to have a visor installed on my BMW. The quality of work done was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. Honestly I don't think I'd even consider going anywhere else if I need something tinted in the future. The amount they charge is definitely within reason too. Other places may be cheaper or more expensive. but I think CTS charges is more than fair for the work they do. Trust me, you won't be disappointed if you give them a try.

As always, the crew at CTS did a quick and fantastic job on my Mini Cooper S. They have great customer service and the most reasonable pricing. You really get what you pay for. They also do vehicle wraps, racing strips and any other graphic you want in many many styles of color, texture and Finish. They tinted my last three cars. I’d never go to anybody else. Added $50 film removal charge for residue on glass from previous owner of car. I didn't mind the charge, but they didn't call to tell me it would be added, nor did they say anything when I picked it up. I would've been cool with it if they were up front with me.

A friend recommended this tinting company for me to go to, and when I did everything seemed fine until I came back to pick my vehicle up. The tint job looked worse then the original issue I had with the vehicle going in. The tint peeled off within hours which I'm thankful for to be honest. The price I paid was not with the work that was done! I could not recieve a refund, or have the tint redone. I wouldn't say don't bring your vehicle to Custom Tint Solutions but I will say I wouldn't go back even if I was offered to have my vehicle done for free ! Not worth the rudeness or the hassle.

I had to have the tint replaced on the front windows of my vehicle so that it could pass inspection (the previous owner lived in another state). I contacted CTS via their website, got a quote and set up an appointment for the very next day. The job was done while I waited and the cost was less than I expected. Best customer service!! Job done for us was mirror tint film on a local commercial business. They returned our phone calls to give the original estimate in a timely manner, gave us a fair estimate & even brought samples & a few ideas to the table we had not thought of which was helpful. The day of the job, they showed up on time & were nice enough to work around our customers who came in as they were working. I had my windows tinted here and 3 of the windows had dirt/dust under the tint. They were more than happy to re-tint these windows after they looked at them but one has dirt/dust under the tint again. I don't have the time to bring it back for a third time.

BEWARE! don't go to this rude lying place. I made a appointment 2 weeks in advance to get my excited 18 year old daughter her first car tint. The appointment was on a Friday and the owner called me at 615 Thursday and said he had to reschedule so I made it on the next Friday same time 9 am. I bring it at 9 am the guy says it will be ready at 1-2.SO we go at 2 and dude is just getting back from lunch and tells me come back in a hour. So I wait a hour in a half and he was just finishing up. He was very rude and tried to charge me more. So i look at the tint and it has cuts in the tint, the car is dirty from him and 5 days later the tint still has bubbles and cuts everywhere! Dont go to this place!

Cut seals on my brand new truck! The Bubbles gezzz so many can’t even count them! Blamed it on the spray bottle and test still have bubbles even though he redid it! Nightmare for the windshield a rock still penetrated through and through the front glass So much had to be redone 4 times 12 hours of my life waiting on him not including driving back and forth to this shop! Now starting to peel up after 2 years Payed this guy $950 to only hear “can’t expect perfection”! Doesn’t even deserve this 1 star review nor my time spent stressing Good luck to all who use his services

To took my car to CTS to have my windows tinted. I’ve used them in the past with great success. He tinted it and there were some issues that I noticed. I brought it back, Reggie was very understanding. Offered a refund or a retint. I decided to have him tint it again. It turned out much better. Tint looks great and he stands behind his work.
