I got 4 new all season radials for much less and better quality than Big O, and no charge for disposal of old tires. The service was excellent. The service representative was a sweetheart and the facility was clean. I will only use Discount Tire for any future tire purchase.

I DO NOT trust this specific location at all! They left my car running in the parking lot for over 5 hours after putting on a new set of tires. No real apology, just said push button start is hard to use! In 2025, push button start is hard to figure out? This happened on April 5,2025. I have been shopping at Discount Tire for years and years and usually there are no issues. However, this location specifically and Discount Tire in general has lost my confidence completely. I usually drop my car off so they can work on it at their convenience and since I was getting a new set of 4 tires installed I dropped it off this time as well. They got to it pretty quickly but somehow left it running in the parking lot after finishing the installation. So my car sat in their parking lot idling for over 5 hours until I came to pick it up later in the day. They said "sorry" once and blamed the issue on push button start being complicated and told me that they would need to get back in touch with me after they figured out how to make it right. They eventually offered me $10 to cover my gas which is the bare bare minimum to cover the gas my car used idling for 5 hours. Now I can't go to that location anymore even though it is right by my house and I can't trust any discount tire enough to just drop it off so I now have to spend hours at Discount Tire whenever I need my tires rotated. The different location I'm at right now to get my tires rotated just left my car unlocked after going out to check the milage so I clearly cannot trust any of them to do the basic things correctly!! Which really sucks because I bought the tire insurance and with free rotations I'm stuck with them for the next couple of years unless I pay someone else to do what I already paid them to do!

Edit: I recently visited for an appointment to have a brand-new set of rims installed, and while there were a couple of bumps along the way, I’m ultimately very happy with how everything was handled. During the install, an O2 sensor was accidentally damaged, but the team took responsibility right away and replaced it for me on the spot, which I really appreciated. There was also an issue with damage and mounting paste covering it up left on the rims, but once I brought it to their attention, they worked with me to address the concern and make things right. I invested a lot into these rims, and I’m glad the staff took the time to help resolve the situation and ensure I left satisfied. Overall, I want to highlight the outstanding customer service I received in getting the issue resolved. Thank you Brandon for taking care of me.

I brought my Texas tires here to get a set of winter tires (because we know us Texans can't drive in the snow). I had reserved an appointment and ordered my tires using their online service. I did have to wait 2 hours for the service to be complete, but it was the day after a snow storm AND Cyber Monday (they had sales on their tires), so I can understand the wait. However, at no point within those two hours of waiting in the lobby did I see a single employee treat any customer poorly. They were very respectful and knowledgeable to every customer that walked in the door. I didn't see any tomfoolery going on- which I have experienced in the past as a lady going to tire shops or car repair places. I asked to keep my original tires for the warmer months and they wrapped them nicely in bags so they wouldn't get my car dirty. I would recommend anyone go here for their tire needs.

Just had a horrible experience at this discount tire. Ive purchase my tires here for years and went to have them rotated. Pressure to purchase was way way to high fot a loyal customer who already drank the “discount tire Koolaid” and only shops there ! I wanted a rotation… left feeling like i wasn’t heard and cant purchase tires right now so doing the best thing i can. Know your customers!!

The general manager at this location was very unprofessional. I purchased four tires along with a spare rim, and during the installation, they damaged my taillight. When I brought it to their attention, they initially tried to avoid responsibility. After confronting the general manager, he was dismissive and refused to take accountability. Although a claim was supposedly filed with their insurance, I waited over a month without any resolution. In the end, they refused to cover the damage, claiming it was just a small crack. Regardless, they broke my taillight and didn’t offer any compensation. I no longer trust this Discount Tire location and will not return. I also do not recommend it to others. The general manager handled the situation poorly and did not act like a responsible business professional. Instead of helping, he left my car in worse condition than before.

Discount Tire is an amazing company all around, and this is a great location! We went in after an accident to get one of two needed tires replaced, and couldn’t get approved for financing options. We really couldn’t afford 2 new tires immediately either. Justin took care of us though, making sure we left safer than we came in! Money is tough and being able to work something out is greatly appreciated. I have such high respect for this company and the hard-working associates at this store! Just here to name drop for a second! Frankie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was kind, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel uncomfortable or silly for not knowing all the ins and outs of tires. I had quite a few questions, and she patiently answered multiple phone calls from me throughout the day, explaining everything thoroughly and clearly each time. Because of her professionalism and care, I felt completely confident moving forward and ended up scheduling tire changes for both of my cars. That level of trust doesn’t happen easily, and it was entirely because of how well Frankie treated me as a customer. I had a situation where I was looking at having to buy 3 new tires because the manufacturer discontinued the tire model I had (K02) when the 4th tire needed replacement. It took a couple trips to the shop and calls to BF Goodrich to understand, but in the end the store manager, Brandon (hope I remembered that right) put some time into making some calls and emails and eventually found me the best deal and credits that I could get. He put the time and effort into helping me get compensation for my situation and earned my business in the future for sure.

I had brought in a relatively difficult situation to this discount tire as you can see in the picture. I went in searching for empathy and the first person to walk up to me was Frankie. She was extraordinarily helpful in sourcing the warranty I had from the last time I came and made the process seamless. Even though I didn’t get to see the boys work on my vehicle I express the same gratitude to them as they are all very upbeat and efficient with their work! David and Lucas are definitely the most helpful dudes!! They are knowledgeable and friendly. Not pushy. Not trying to oversell you on some bs. I even had an issue once and David the manager stepped in and took very good care of me. I have always been a customer at this location and will definitely be staying there. I went is to the store spoke with Justin told him I need a repair done he told my it would be an hour. Watched when other customer after me and got serviced before me. During that time listen to Justin lie to other customer on phone about how ling it will take. Just to sell tires, Then 2 hours come fine got my tire repaired but then they did not check the tire pressure on any of my tires. Go on a trip safe or not safe. Never will come back to this location.
