This my second set of tires this year for my Jaguar’s from Discount Tire in Hemet. Store Manger Daniel gave me very competitive prices. His team provided excellent service in terms mounting, balancing and alignment. I will return for services and highly recommend the Hemet location.

This place is surprisingly good....at not just tires...but at care maintenance?! Unlike other shops in town they can get you in within a day or so, sometimes same day. They can also handle surprisingly complex things to me, such as fixing the rack and pinion on the steering system of my BMW, or replacing a hard plastic pipe to the coolant system that was cracked. They won't charge you some crazy inspection fee, and they price their work fairly. Its really a hidden gem. Obviously a franchise location is only as good as its people, so the Hemet location has uniquely good people. David and Eddie, the manager and co manger, are very customer service oriented and it shows!

I want to start my review out by recognizing Daniel. I have to say that I have not had the experience that I’ve had here anywhere else. Daniel is such a honest and genuine person. He went over and beyond with the new set of tires that I had gotten for my BMW. The customer service here at discount tires is absolutely amazing. I will be referring people that I know to come here and I also will only be coming here for tires from now on. Thank you again Daniel, and also the discount tire service team.

Hi, I had the most traffic thing happen today. I call discount tires because, I have used them before for brakes. I was stressing to try and have neighbors help me screw back up this cover under my SUV that had came off half way dragging on ground...stressing to get it home...Next morning I called, Eddie at discount tires @500 Florida in Hemet.., says we will take care of it for you..I said how much...about 50 bucks...but have to see it... I duck taped it up and drove it there.. Mike pulled it in, They took care of it and secured it well I re-looked at it..and No More worries...AND to top it off...They did not CHARGE me...What sweet caring repair shop and Manager. Pulled up at the Air check station. 4 technicians look at us and turned away! They weren't working on any other vehicles. There was another car there before us. They ignored him too!! This was the first time Discount Tire was a HUGE disappointment! We waited and finally drove off and went to Pep Boys and they help us.

The service was not great to say the least. I made an appointment online that was very easy to do. My appointment was the first opening available. Once I got to the appointment I checked in and was told that the wait was 2 hours for the work to get complete. 2 hours is a long time to wait for 4 tire installation. They started working on a walk in customers car before mine. There was only 1 tech on duty at that point. The tech started working on my car while waiting for the cars parts. He took on tire off and replaced with the new and balanced it. The parts came in for the other car so he stopped working on my car. Then a couple other techs started their shift and one started working on my car. He took a very long time to finish and did not balance the rest of the tires before installing them. I asked about it and they denied not balancing. I was at the location for 3.5 hours and very disappointed at the service.

I walked in do this place and asked for help needing to purchase a tire. The guy walked with me to the parking lot took down car information and took my tire out of my trunk . It was flat with a nail in it. He charged me $150.00 for a new tire. I said do you want me to drive my car up to the service garage so mechanic could install the new tire. He ask for my car key . After waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes in the wait area, he brings the tire and leans it by his desk and Then he tells me here's your tire. I look at him and say " ARE YOU GOING TO PUT IT ON MY CAR?" He say it will be another 20 minutes wait to get one of the mechanics to install it. 🤦‍♀️. I had been there long enough. He didn't even help me carry it back to my car that was parked in the back parking lot. I will never come back to this place. Too expensive, bad customer service!!
