Took car in to find out why headlights were not working. Since it was a Saturday, i had a long wait. I was worried that the repair would be very expensive. The repair was very basic and they did not charge me as much as I had anticipated. All of the staff was very considerate and helpful.

I went in today for an estimate on my oil leak, and the air conditioner was not working. The estimate is $3248. I told him to go ahead and fix it. So hopefully I'll have a good experience when they fix it. I'm concerned about whether they can do it, but I hope they can. More review after work is done. The staff was helpful too. The car was picked up a week or more ago. It runs excellently. We are very happy with the work done and have no more problems. Thank you to the whole team at Drivers Edge.

The absolute worst place to bring your car. They're scamers and crooks, I brought my car here for service, they tried to charge me 8k to do the work, took my car to the dealership and had the same work plus more done for only 2k. I asked the guys to give me a break down of where they come up with that 8k price tag and they couldn't do it. Trust me go somewhere else.

I just went for a Texas state safety inspection. The service was prompt and very fast. The lobby/waiting room is large and clean with comfortable chairs and a TV. VERY cold A.C. They also do many auto services and repairs. New service: My battery died. They replaced very quickly. Very reasonable price. New service: Safety inspection. Dropped car off. New service: new tires and fixed brakes. Still good cost.

Came to get windshield wipers.. Now mind you I called and guy quoted me 19.99 which will be 21.64 after tax so I came to do it soon as I was going to check out the guy said it’ll be 43 and I asked him I said I thought you said 19 and he said oh no for both like why it say this over the phone? Just because I’m a female I’m not in no way shape or form stupid but I paid anyways because I don’t have time to argue when this is what those ppl do but never again !

I dropped in DE last week for the first time due to my check engine light coming on. They told me the check engine light is due to emissions parts that need to be replaced. Fair enough. This has occurred before on other 4Runners I've owned. The problem is the price quote for the parts was nearly 6k. I said no way, and they then gave me a quote closer to 5k. Why not give me the best price intiially? Secondly, as noted, I have had quotes for this exact issue in the past and it was about 1/3. Secondly, they said I had a crack/leak in my radiator. They wanted to to the work same day for 1k. I took the vehicle to my normal shop today. They have done visual and pressure tests. No leak found. I am not explcitily accusing DE of attempting fraud. I am reminding everyone to be careful and always get 2 quotes, and find a shop you know and trust.

Went to get estimate on a water pump ,and termostat replacement for 2016 jeep was a little more than I expected but these guys gave me a lifetime warranty on their work and gave me 100 dollars off on repairs ..what impressed me most was how fast they took me in and finished the work ..I say a little under 6 hours when I got my jeep back they also gave me a long list of all other things they inspected while they were doing the job ,like oils and transmission, tires ballpoint etc ..so far this is my second day with it back and no more leak..the jeeps temp reads normal now ..it still goes up but hasn't reached what it use to above 228 its safe to say they assured me I can always go back if I have any issues ..the Manager Greg was very helpful and considerate..when I got it back I notice my radio would not come on so I started checking the fuses and pulling them out and back in ..Greg seen me and instantly went to ask if I was OK..by this time the radio had reset and it came back on.. ..I realized that disconnecting the battery cable while they worked on my jeep it somehow made my radio try to update itself when battery was plugged back on ..all good now..thanks Drivers Edge I will surely recommend you for the future ..
