Not sure who is to blame, the quality of workmanship or the product itself, but I've got mixed feelings. Came here at the end of July to have my car tinted, and went with the HanitaTek NR Sigma Pro (Photo). Two months later, there are already small multiple bubbles that form on all of the tinted windows. I had to wait two weeks before my first visit, and when the car was already tinted, I drove off without really checking the work. I noticed a few minutes later while parked at a different location l, and that there were also several scratches on several of the windows near the edges. I called back, and they replaced the window tint. But only to the driver's side as I didn't want to wait for more hours if I did it for the rest of the windows. Two months later, the bubbles started forming up. I called in to have the windows' tint replace with the warranty, and had to come in for the third time. While in the shop, Edgar said that he could not guarantee that the replaced window won't have bubble again in the future. Due to my visible frustrations, and perhaps not being able to meet my expectations, Edgar decided to refund me the full amount of the initial work. I accepted the gesture. Edgar is a nice person but the quality of the finished product could be improved. Decided to go with him in the first place because of the past reviews and decent pricing. But if I can go back, I should have went to other more reputable shops, though they may be more costly. Instead, my time and effort were wasted and I have to go to another shop to have the tint replace. Call me OCD but I've owned many different cars and had them all tinted, and never I had small bubbles that forms up within the first 2 months. Even after three years, the tint still looked good. Those were also tinted with the "not popular" brands unlike the 3M or Formula One.

ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER!! I got my car tinted last month. First off... The service was super friendly and attentive. Got a great price compared to what I had seen around town. Job was done in like an hour. I have been to Las Vegas and went on a 2500 mile roadtrip to Oregon since and I feel like I was in a new vehicle. Car was so much cooler and and shaded. I showed up about 5 mins early for my appointment that I had placed and as soon as I show up, he had me pull right into the garage. He was working on my car precisely at my appointment time. Edgar was very professional and very knowledgeable. His energy was on point. He finished my window tinting in an hour. I got all my windows done except the front windshield. Edgar & the team here did such an AMAZING job with my tints today!!
