Service here is great. They really do a great job of inspecting your vehicle to catch anything that might compromise your vehicle. I was very happy and satisfied in bringing my vehicle to them.

I needed a 4 wheel alignment and got charged $75.00. My Camry was pulling the right. It took them all day to get it completed (turned in early am). I picked it up & found out it still pulled to right. I took it back. They took a few hours and said it was ready(the guy in front counter even said they test drove it). I found it still pulled up the right. I asked if I could talk to the technician that does the alignments but the front counter guy went to the back to talk to the tech. He said they could not adjust the alignment anymore so that is all they could do. It will remain pulling to the right. I asked him why they called me if it was still pulling to the right. They should have mentioned that it was not ready or they cannot correct the issues. I finally responded that that was ok and that they gave it a good try. I asked for a refund since the services were not rendered and I would take to another shop. He said they do not give refunds. I said they did not complete the job since it is in the same condition as when I initial brought it to them. Why would I pay if I still need to get it aligned? I asked to speak to the owner. He gave me his phone number. Wow. It was the phone to the store we were in. What a way to do business. This is not the way to do legitimate business. Very shady

Only buy tires here if you want them to come apart after 4 months, and then they tell you they will not warranty or compensate you. They will want to sell you more at FULL PRICE. RATAS.... crooks on the loose here!!

I would like to say a couple of things I have bought plenty of tires at this place unfortunately I had a problem last time with then. And decided not to give the my business and more but I came back I'm from progresso tx . So they are quick to sell you tires but there customer service is not the best. I took my tires and they told me after I payed them they were really busy and couldn't do my 4 tires till the following day. The following day I call them and they left me on hold for 20min on the phone till I decide to hang up and call them again. They said they were working on them to stop by and pick them up. I took 20min then drove from progresso tx to there shop it's another 45min and the tires were knot ready yet. The sales person came out and told me one off the value stems was messed up I showed him Video of the tires when they were taking the air out and he called the person that worked on the tires to his house after I showed him the video of the tires I told him just give me a refund I'm from progresso and I'll they them if it. He refused to give me the replacement for the tire to get fixed. I told him you rather loose a client. I'm really disappointed with this experience 😕. But it's ok they just lost a good client. My god bless them 🙏. I had to say it on sorry 😞 .

The worst service ever. Came to buy new tires then needed tire rods now after two days of waiting when I came to pick up my car the tire sensor is on and the owners make excuse after excuse. They keep your car hostage until you pay what they say or you leave with a faulty system. I brought my car yesterday and still waiting when all I wanted were new tires and an alignment. While I’m waiting there are other people returning cars for other things. The city should not let these people operate. After all the bad reviews. I should have read them first. If I could give them zero I would. I’ve been waiting for days and hours and can’t get my car I’m sure they will come up with something else. So frustrating and expensive. Update:Now I’m having to take it somewhere else got a message on dashboard Tire Learn they don’t do the job right. Beware such scammers. Stay away.

Horrible service. Always make up excuses. Supposedly one of their guys got arrested so couldn’t fix my husbands truck with the airbags. He has warranty and also made another excuse they had to order or call the company to send new ones. Told us it was fixed , we came to pick it up and nothing was done. The guys looked lost. They don’t know how to do their job . Absolutely worst place . Don’t go here

Very unprofessional, my brother in law left his truck to get fixed. There was no follow up, no updates. My brother in law was the one calling, and finally they told him to pick up us truck “it’s ready” mind you we go and the truck wasn’t even touched or fixed! Couldn’t had the balls to tell us either. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all.

I recently had an exceedingly frustrating experience purchasing tires from Espino Tire & Wheel in San Antonio while out of town. I was assured I could have service done and address any issues with a branch in McAllen since it was owned by the same person and I regret the transaction immensely. I spent approximately $2,800 on what I believed were quality tires, assured that any issues could be resolved at their McAllen store. However, I soon discovered that the tires were already four years old upon sale as per the DOT# 44and turned out to be defective with less than 7,000 miles driven, despite having around 80% tread life remaining. With this in mind, I had wisely purchased an extra warranty, expecting significant protection. Unfortunately, when I approached them for a remedy, they flatly refused to honor the warranty, baselessly accusing me of changing the tires. According to the warranty terms, I was entitled to receive 66% of the purchase price as compensation. Yet, after enduring months of back-and-forth communication, costing me several days off work, they merely offered $400 for one tire and $200 each for the three others—barely acknowledging the tires were flawed. When questioned about this discrepancy, all they could provide was a dismissive, "That's what it is, take it or leave it." Even upon visiting the store as advised, the supposed credit inexplicably reduced to $750. Moreover, to further insult customer trust, I discovered that they opened three additional, unnecessary credit accounts in my name without my knowledge. This breach of trust, alongside inconsistent interactions with their salesman "Robert," compels me to warn others to steer clear of this business. I strongly advise caution and intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to prevent others from experiencing such deceitful practices. Engage with this company at your own risk; my advice is to consider alternative options and save yourself the inevitable headache and potential financial loss.

I called Espinos and the owner answered. He gave me a quote of $700 AND CLARIFIED with taxes included. Since I spoke to the owner I thought I could trust his word so I decided to come in and get them installed. Upon arrival the man working there had a horrible attitude and asked how much they told us it was. He then said that was false and that it’s actually $770 with taxes included. I told him that's not what we were told, but he didn’t care. I try calling the owner since he gave me his number but was rejecting my calls as he was texting the employee. If you know you gave a quote honor that quote instead of hiding like a coward and having your employees do your dirty work. The owner is a liar and a scammer. He is not a man of his word and lacks integrity. It is clear this place is full of greedy people. You can’t grow a business built on lies and scamming people. I for sure will not be coming back and you shouldn’t either. Take your hard earned money to people who have morals.

⭐ 1 Star If you’re into wasting your time, getting brushed off, and being talked over like you don’t exist, this is the tire shop for you. We asked them to check our tires (you know, their actual job), but apparently that was too advanced. Instead, we got, “could be something else.” Oh, thanks, Dr. Genius — glad I came to a tire shop to play guessing games. When we tried to speak to the owner, he must’ve thought he was auditioning for “Rude Customer Service Rep of the Year,” because he talked over us, blew us off, and made it crystal clear he couldn’t care less. Bottom line? If you like businesses that don’t check your tires, don’t respect you, and don’t even pretend to care, congratulations, you found the jackpot. For everyone else with common sense — go literally anywhere else before these clowns touch your car.

They ruined my friends suspension by putting the wrong lift kit on his ram 2500 and only settle for half of the cost he had to pay to fix the issue out of pocket. They are not knowledgeable about suspensions on trucks and don’t recommended them

I took my 2014 Chevy Silverado to Espino Tire & Wheel to replace the front struts. I brought all the parts myself, including two front struts and 6” spacers. I was told to pay upfront and that my truck would be ready by 3:30 PM. I dropped it off at 9:30 AM and even mentioned that I had driven 2½ hours to get there. At 3:30 PM, I called to check on the status and was told they were backed up and the truck would now be ready at 6:00 PM. When I arrived, I was informed that the truck “stayed lower from the front.” Instead of a 6” lift, my truck now sits about 4 inches lower in the front. Because of this, my tire rubs when turning and there’s now a knocking noise that wasn’t there before. I asked why they didn’t notice the issue before installing the parts or at least call me to discuss it. The employee had no explanation and seemed more focused on leaving since they close at 6. After driving so far and trusting them with my truck, I’m extremely upset with the poor communication, lack of professionalism, and the quality of the work. I do not recommend this place at all.

I was duped and told over the phone one price for the tire I needed when I arrived they gave me a different price. Although I went ahead and had them do the work anyway to save time. They did not have the tire in the warehouse as I was told and did not do anything until I arrived to pick it up at the end of the day. I attempted to talk to manager Rolando and he would not even pick up his head to acknwledge me. I called Owner Rey Espino and he hung up the phone telling me he had no time for me. I would neven go back to these people and would not recomend anypne does.

I bought brand new tires here, 5 days later on a long distance trip, one of those tires blew out completely. The roadside assistance that came and changed my tire told me the tire was defective. I later called Espino and was told they would cover the cost of replacing it. When I took my vehicle, they told me it would be a 4-6 hour wait, and that my tire was not defective, but that a staple caused the tire to completely blow out. Keeping in mind, there was no “tire” to inspect since it blew out. They wanted me to wait 4-6 hours and pay for my completely blown out tire. Terrible, would not recommend to anyone.

After telling me “they’ll call me @4:30” (they didn’t) They made wait from 4:45pm to 8:30pm for an alignment and balance (usually takes about a hour max) Very bad management. They try to be friendly (saying they can help right away) don’t trust a word they say. nobody knows what is going on. Very biased, they help “people they know already/ friends” Everyone is all over the place. They just go around in circles and ignore the customer. Don’t even bother coming to this location. They’ll Waist your time and ignore your urgencies. There is plenty other shops who don’t over charge and can help you out in 30min. Thanks for wasting my day Rolando :) god bless.

They accept EasyPay with 90 days interest-free, which made a huge difference for me right from the start. Espino Tire & Wheel made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and affordable. On top of that, the customer service was great, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. The product quality is excellent, with a solid selection of tires and wheels at fair prices, and the work was done right
