The body shop manager David is excellent. From the first time I called him just for a couple of questions to when I picked my car up, he was in constant contact with me. He was extremely helpful in helping me understand all the things that occur after an accident and letting me know about things with insurance. He also was good about providing me transportation to and from eurobahn when I needed it. Don't bother with the big body shops like labonte, and crown. Eurobahn and David are fantastic

Full of themselves. I called explaining I wanted to get a quote on bodywork and I was not sure if I was using insurance or not. They told me to come on over then when I got there they said they don’t deal with people not filing insurance I will be sending a message to the automobile that recommends them. with that attitude, I’d rather drive another 50 miles to another place then deal with them. Then had the nerve to ask me for my contact information to see if they could check in with me in another week for what??

I am not happy with the results of my 2019 Charger that I sent to this location to be fixed: it seems really nice but the job was the opposite. They charge for things they never do and only interested in running up the bill. I will make sure everything on my car gets fixed until I am pleased. Management if you read this give me a call to resolve this issue. They are not who they seem to be. Avoid by all means.

Eurobahn has always been a pleasure to work with. A few years ago, I came to them for service repair to my VW Passat after being rear-ended. I was thoroughly pleased with how Anthony handled conversations and vouching on my behalf with insurance to make sure I got the quality repair that I deserved and not just an aftermarket paint for something that required VW-specific paint. My most recent experience with David was an absolute pleasure as well. I required PDR (Paintless Dental Repair) and while Eurobahn could not get resources and insurance budget to fix in the timeframe I needed, they did try their best. David was responsive, very empathetic to me as the customer and even gave me a ride to the Car rental Shop, given that I was going to have to wait after-hours and Eurobahn was closing. I will continue to be a huge advocate for Eurobahn as they are a local company and always do their best to give the utmost quality to the customer and its vehicle.

I took my MG here to get tires mounted on new wheels and an alignment. I also asked if they could look for the source of my oil leak when they had it on the lift. This was a simple job for which they didn't make much money but Felix treated my job with more professionalism than I expected. They game me a detailed account of the oil leak and where it is coming from so I now know what needs to be addressed. I took my car here because I don't trust the technicians at the chain stores and I had heard good things about Eurobahn - I'm glad I did.

We have been using eurobahn for almost a year now! Our vehicle was in a recent fender bender and we had the pleasure of meeting David Who helped us with the repairs! He is very professional, kind, funny, has great communication skills and did an amazing job with our vehicle. He really went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the results! He also handled all the paperwork and went as far as to even deal with the insurance company for us! I scheduled an appointment a week prior to get my undercarriage sprayed. Came to my appointment on the day of and they tell me then that they don’t have the tools to do the necessary work. I even brought my own undercoating fluid. I also had to wait over an hour for them to see me. It would of been nice for them to tell me they didn’t have the supplies on my first meeting with them. I could of bought the items and bring it with me but they didn’t. David the guy I initially talked to had excellent customer service. On the day of the appointment it was some middle eastern guy with a nasty attitude I had to deal with. Very snarky attitude the whole time I was talking to him. I asked to talk to someone else other than him and he told me he was the owner and there was no one else. I couldn’t believe it. I just left because it seemed like he couldn’t care less about his customers and I didn’t want to deal with his nasty attitude. Over priced also very high compare to all the other shops around. I was going to just go with them because In the south a lot of shops don’t do undercarriage work. But at the end I found a place that did a great job for half the price. I don’t recommenced this place at all.

I worked with David Jackson and he was really great to work with. I've never had my car in a repair shop where I received pictures through the entire repair process to not only keep me informed as to the progress but also to see EXACTLY how and what was going on with my vehicle. Really amazing customer service experience and if you have to be without your vehicle, you at least feel safe being kept in the loop the entire time! Thank you David and Eurobahn!!!!!

I am disappointed in this facility, each time I had taken my vehicle in for regular maintenance, somehow another it would end up being a major repair., Each time I have taken my vehicle for a mere oil change, or this last time Freon the Technician broke a hose trying to access my air conditioning system, but they had me pay for his mishap. Keep in mind they charge $165 an hour for just labor, and they keep your vehicle all day even for an oil change. I have taken my car back three times and each time there will be something new that they claim -they just found, mainly after you pay dearly for A diagnostic. They’ve managed to milk out of me in six months over $5000 in small repairs. They also have courtesy drivers so they don’t have to give you a car while they are repairing or fixing up on your car even over two to three days. This Dealership does not keep parts at their garage, each time I’ve gone there they’ve always had to go somewhere else to get parts. I think that’s probably some of their delay on returning your car,-going somewhere else to get what’s needed. That’s what I’m going to do from now on, is go somewhere else.😡

I recently was emailed an estimate to replace a passenger side mirror in my 2019 VW R-line. The “preliminary” estimate I received via email was for $3,000! I had gotten previous estimates ranging from $550 (local body shop) to $1300 (VW dealer). An auto body shop in Newport, NC replaced the cover and repaired the housing for $262. Eurobahn Autobody will rip you off if you let them. On a service visit to Eurobahn, I was told I needed to replace my oil pan for $1,000. I declined, took my car to Mr Tire for an oil change, and there was no need to replace the oil pan. Please do your research before agreeing to any service from any establishment.

These people are terrible they are Crooks in every sense of the word. I took my Range Rover in to get repaired and they cost me $1,200 for it to cut off the very next morning. We took it back the same day because it was not fixed.they called themselves fixing it again for another $1,000. We went to pick it up to drive it off the lot after paying another $1,000.1 I didn't even get one mile down the road from their shop before my engine overheated due to a coolant leak which they caused. I had no coolant leaks or engine issues prior to taking my car in to be serviced by them .they are horrible and had no remorse for me paying over $2,000 for a car that I still had to leave on their lot with a busted engine. Do not take your car there I repeat do not take your car there. they do not care about their customers and are dirty mechanics.

Long overdue! This is a fanstatic repair shop. I own a late model Porsche Boxster that was involved in a rear-end collision. The staff here … from the front desk to repair were awaesome. I was so pleased with the finished product. My car looked amazing. They perform the repair per the recommendations of Porsche and don’t cut corners.
