Dakota was extremely helpful, personable, and willing to work with us from the start. We really appreciated her attitude and customer service. Edwin, one of the managers, also initially offered us a very strong trade-in deal that caught our attention, even though we originally did not plan to trade in our vehicle. However, our experience changed when another manager stepped in afterward. I forgot his name but He was a bald tiny man that had little man syndrome, you can’t miss him. The tone of the conversation with him became pushy and uncomfortable. We clearly stated multiple times that we did not want to trade in our vehicle, but he refused to show us paperwork without including the trade-in. We also felt pressured to accept pricing that was more than 20% above the listed vehicle price due to add-ons like tires and suspension, which had not been part of our original understanding of the deal. The interaction felt dismissive and high-pressure, and it made us seriously consider walking out. We also observed him speaking harshly to staff, which added to the negative impression. Dakota was great to work with, but the later interaction significantly hurt our overall experience. Bottom line if a man that is tiny and bald approaches you that should be your sign to leave.

The star goes to sales for getting me into the truck I wanted, but you can thank service for the rest. I bought a CPO vehicle, and just a couple of months later, it’s leaking the blackest oil I’ve ever seen. They definitely did not perform any of the maintenance they said they would. I called to see if they would make it right and they transferred me to voicemail.

I,had been looking for a Mini Cooper Clubman as I had purchased a Mini Countryman for myself and a Clubman for my Wife.I liked the drive and function of the Clubman better it fits me better than the Countryman is more comfortable and fun to drive. Carfax, found this Clubman at Ferman Ford I called right away that night and got an AI agent and a couple of texts. Called the next morning and was greeted by my sales member.the vehicle was there. The price was right and Sasha was great. The trade in of my 2022 Countryman was a different story but they worked with me and we got the best deal in my appenion that could be made. Everyone I worked with was terrific, they took very good care of me and my wife tike we were the only customer in the dealership. I would highly recommend Ferman Ford to deal with they're great people and care about their business and customers. 5 star all the way!!!!

Was shopping for a truck/suv back in December of 2025. I had driven everything in the mid sized truck category and even a few Broncos. Nothing was that appealing to me. I was about to head to Tampa to buy a Nissan Frontier Pro 4x. It was the one I liked the most but still not thrilled by it. Then I noticed a Ranger Raptor on the showroom floor. I poked around and sat it in it and thought, hmm this is nice. I knew nothing about it and did not see any rangers that I liked. My salesman Rocco (absolute best of the best by the way) said “let’s go drive one”. I was pretty meh about even wanting to make a purchase anymore but I agreed. During the test drive I started to think “hey I could live with this” and the more I drive it the more I liked it. I told Rocco there is no way we are gonna get to where I want to be. He said well let me try. And try he did. We had a little back and forth with Chase, the sales manager (also a great guy and no BS) and we finally came to a deal we could both live with. I traded out of a BMW M2 Comp and was like “what the hell are you doing jumping into a mid sized truck”!!?? Well it turns out it’s the best mid sized you can get! The M2C of mid sized trucks. The coolest part of my entire experience with Ferman Ford was the absolute lack of sales pressure. Rocco didn’t sell me anything. I sold myself on the truck he just helped guide me to a decision. He never got frustrated with my or my questions he was just there to help me. Everyone there was great. Even Robo was able to explain every single feature the truck had to offer. Would highly recommend this group.

Not the place to have service performed on your Ford. Dropped off my truck day before for a 9:30 service the next day to have the 10K maintenance and fix the issues with the barndoor tailgate. Next day a noon had to ask when my truck would be ready, with "I will keep you posted". Even got a call with a will find out what happening and get it done. Had to ask again at 5:40 then finally informed the truck was ready at 6:00 where they close at 6:30 and could no make it to pick up. Talked with the Service Manager and had to have the truck delivered the next day to find they did not even perform the full service. Didn't check the air cleaner or rotate the tire (I specifically asked for) and did not leave paperwork for me to review. When asked for the paperwork, no response from the Service Manager. Lastly, when I dropped the truck off they asked if I would like a car wash and responded yes. Not surprising that was not even done. (was not done the last several times on my other truck as well outside of damaging my last truck in the shop, so not shock on this.) Best advice, run and find another dealer. The shinny showroom does not indicate competency......

I recently had my vehicle serviced and worked with Matt Murphy. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Matt was professional, communicative, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He kept me informed, explained everything clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered. The turnaround time was also impressively quick, which I really appreciated. Everything was handled efficiently without sacrificing quality. I did complete the manufacturer survey afterward and accidentally selected a 9 instead of a 10, but my experience was absolutely 10/10. Ferman Ford Was absolutely incredible to deal with buying a brand new vehicle and being 1400 miles away they took two of my vehicles in trade. I had them shipped to them. They were absolutely by father fairest in pricing those used cars. My initial contact was I believe Bob, the general manager,Ferman Ford and BMW What an absolute great representation for your corporations. I have been in the automotive industry for 55+ years. You don’t find that kind of customer service out there anymore. I told him exactly what I was looking for. he found had it brought in. It was exactly as he stated. I am not yet seeing this automobile I will be in Florida in approximately eight days. I’m looking forward to meeting everybody that I have dealt with. Ferman Ford was refreshingly honest about the GVWR limits and all the specs, no pressure, no games, no weird sales energy. Everything was explained clearly and without the usual dealership fluff. Went to Purchase a Pre-owned F450 today, drive 5hrs one way in a rental car to buy the truck. Got there while the truck was in good shape, it wasn't quite up to my standards. Tom brought the manager over (great guy and I feel terrible for not remembering his name) he went and walked the truck with me, no salesman pitch no bs, understood and listened to my issues. I was simply not willing to buy the truck for the price on it. While we were discussing prices I kept talking over to the Super Snake F150 and looking at it (I own a performance gas and diesel shop and currently own 4 Super Dutys so this truck was simply a want not a need) The manager came right and said he was unhappy how unhappy I was with the 450 and again truck was very nice, but just had some issues. He said before I let you leave let's see if i can make a deal with you on the Super Snake as we both know you want it. I agreed highly doubting I was going to be happy with the offer. He and Tom came back we worked the deal and I ended up with one of my favorite trucks of all time. While it wasn't what I planned to bring home, I'm 110% happier with this purchase then the truck i originally came down for. Didn't feel like a number loved the fact they heard my concerns and he paid enough attention to work the deal in a very unique very fun truck. A+ in my book
