I highly recommend you find another shop if you’re doing anything beyond a simple tire rotation or oil change. Bottom line: The quality of their work is questionable, and their guarantees? Don’t count on them. Here’s my experience: I paid $655.10 for a Standard Auto Brake Service with Fluid Exchange. Instead of replacing my rotors, they merely refinished them. Shortly after, I started having vibration issues while braking and brought my car back for service. They replaced only two rotors, but the problem persisted—and, in fact, worsened over the following months. Unfortunately I had to move with these issues, I took my vehicle to a Firestone in Sterling, Virginia for a brake inspection. They said the brakes looked fine but recommended replacing the C.V. Joints and axle shaft for $1,410.25 to eliminate the vibrations. I wasn’t buying that, so I got a second opinion from a Toyota dealership. Surprise! They found no issues with the C.V. Joints or axles but did identify problems with the brakes. They replaced the brakes and rotors, and—voila—no more vibrations. So, I tried to request a refund under Firestone’s so-called Triple Guarantee. Their response? I would have had to drive my unsafe car back to the Sterling Firestone—the one that had recommended a non-existent problem—and only then could I request compensation. Talk about exploitative. Despite their “Triple Promise,” they somehow turned a routine brake job into a $1,400 C.V. axle recommendation—one that was later proven baseless. Their warranty coverage seems as dependable as braking on an icy road. TL;DR: Poor work quality, misleading recommendations, and a guarantee that’s only useful if you can survive driving your car back to their shop. Buyer beware.

This location is on a airforce base and you can’t access it. And when we called to see if they had the tires we needed they did not mention so we drove 30 mins out of our way to have to just turn around. The workers need to inform people they are on a base OR google needs to update it so people don’t waste time.

I had extremely bothersome tires and the guys did not give up. They fought the lug nuts for days, eventually removing them as they had seized up completely and would not come off.
