We had an excellent experience getting the valve body replaced on our 2015 Forester. We got dealer service without going to Subaru nor paying dealer prices. Thank you First Class Auto for being so professional, and so available. I had forgotten to get an oil change before heading out of town and called First Class Auto last minute and they were able to fit me in really quickly. I did not have to wait long for oil change either. Also was able to get an estimate for a non-urgent item that is very important to me to take care of. I love my Subaru and I can tell that they are really dedicated to Subarus and Subaru owners. I speak as someone who has always gone to the dealership: I will be back because they provide the same excellent level of service work as the dealerships and I actually feel in terms of the First Class Auto folks' interpersonal skills that, hands down, they're actually far better in listening and in articulating my car's needs. 5 out of 5 stars!

This was my second visit for another round of axle backs. The first set came out amazing by these guys but got to be a bit too loud. Came back with some Remark R-1's and this solved the problem. Very happy with the looks and sound! Shout out again to First class and to Chris who did an amazing job! Would definitely recommend.

These guys are AWESOME!!!!! I have been dealing with parasitic draw draining my battery for years!!! Finally got time to work on my STI These guys did that diagnostics found out the DCM drawing the battery they Let me know right away! NOT EVEN THE DEALERSHIP NEW WHAT IT WAS.. I did my research on the Internet found out that they added an extension to 6 to 8 years. Got my DCM replaced for free from the dealership thanks to these guys.!!!! I really appreciate you guys!!!

I have taken my car here over a dozen times to get things done to it and im always satisfied with their work. First class auto is the ONLY place I will take my Subaru. They have shown me professionalism from the very start and get your car up and running faster than you’d expect. By far the best place in New Mexico and the only place I trust when it comes to car work. Every mechanic there is very knowledgeable about Subarus and other brands as well. Also, their communication is top notch compared to other places where you won’t hear a thing from them. I HIGHLY recommend going here.

I won $400 worth of service at the Cali SubieFest and needed a brake controller installed so this worked out really well. I stopped on a cross country drive to go pick up my new trailer. Because I was driving from SoCal to Michigan, I needed things to be done on time and done right the first time. I had concerns but those were quickly put aside thanks to the exceptional customer service I received. From the first contact, while the service was being done, until I was well on my way; the guys let me know what to expect, made sure I was satisfied, and dealt with my fully loaded (camping & traveling gear) OBW without any issues. They even offered a space for me to work (I'm a virtual therapist). I would drive back to see them again and you should too.
