We appreciate the professionalism in handling the repairs of our car after our accident in coordinating repairs with the dealership and the body shop. The body work done by this shop was excellent and seamless. The paint and body fit and finish was masterful and delivery of our car back to us very timely. We appreciated being updated on a regular basis by office personnel and personal attention by GG upon receipt of our car and delivery back to us. Overall a very satisfactory experience for us. Definitely would recommend them for any auto body needs.

Every person I interacted with was so helpful and made the process seamless. Had my car set up for an appointment within a few days, rental was waiting for me, and my car was done within two days!! They replaced the outer passenger door and my car looks like brand new! They made a stressful time into a pleasant experience. Will definitely come back for future services if needed.

I was really happy with everyone at this shop. Super nice and helpful. I appreciated the frequent updates and their willingness to communicate with Geico/enterprise when I needed to extend my rental. I was never stuck on a phone tree, on hold, or waiting indefinitely to hear back. I had a bad experience with Geico's communication so this was a nice change of pace. There were no delays when I went to pick up/drop off and my car looks better than ever. Thanks so much!

Great Service! Gigel was great to work with and they kept me informed in the progress. Very timely on the repair. The truck looks great! The only downside was having to wait a month & half for the appointment, but that wasn't their fault. All the shops in the area were backed up. The actual repairs were complete in two weeks.

Fixed my Mini Cooper after getting rear ended. The staff is super friendly and very customer oriented. They even cleaned my car! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a car fix with some good people. Shout-out to Gigi for spending so much time going over my car with me and explaining things over and over until I understood them, the front desk for being so understanding of my schedule, and the other staff members (and the manager) who went out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of.

After having my bumper taken off by a semi, I wasn't super happy about having to wait a month to get into this place to get my car repaired. My perspective totally changed when the day before I was contacted about a car rental and was told I'd get options in the morning. When I dropped off my car, the Fix Auto office staff were super fast, professional, and kind. The car rental was also super fast and the enterprise representative was honest about what would be the most cause effective deal. When I accidentally forgot my garage door opener in my car, Fix Auto staff pulled it and held it in the office for me BOTH times (I forgot it in my rental, too). The BEST PART was they got my car done in a THIRD of the time they predicted. My car looks great, they saved me money on the rental and repairs, and I fully intend to use them in the future!

The staff at Fix Auto made what I thought was going to be a poor experience after being involved in a vehicle accident, such an easy one. They were kind and communicative throughout the whole experience, keeping me updated throughout the whole process. They did a beautiful job in repairing my vehicle and used factory parts. They did an amazing job! I got my car only a couple months prior to scraping the side deeply, they made it look new! I couldn’t find where the scratches are at any angle, literally perfect! They even detailed the inside. Staff were friendly and professional, which made me feel I was leaving my car in good hands. I will definitely come to them for any other fixes if needed in the future, 100% recommend!!

Very professional staff from the front desk all throughout the facility. Superb communication about status and updating progress. Martin was our estimator and was very thorough even on the initial look. He promised that once they were able to access the hidden damage behind the bumper Etc he would call and update which he did. We got two weekly updates and always a positive comment on the progress. This is a shop that cares about its customers and repairing a vehicle correctly and completely. The work completed Is nothing less than perfect. I highly promote this shop for quality of work and customer service.

Classic case of under promise and over deliver, which is a good thing! I dropped my car off on May 19 and, with the ubiquitous parts and labor shortage these days, was informed the repair could take up to eight weeks. This I know to be true because I called several body shops and getting in for an estimate alone was weeks out. Well, I got a call on June 2 that my car was ready. The repair work was excellent. I couldn't tell the car had been in a wreck with a scrunched up driver's side front quarter panel two weeks ago. They used a few after market parts but I couldn't tell the difference. Besides, their warranty covers any issues that may surface later. No hassle, great customer service, excellent workmanship! Gigi, one of the shop managers was awesome. My only qualm, which goes to my under promise and over deliver statement above, I had to rent the cheapest car possible while mine was in the shop to make my fixed insurance rental allowance last as long as possible. Had I known the repairs would have been done sooner, I'd have opted for a comparable rental to mine. However, a little frugality is good for the psyche anyway. Great job Fix Auto!

Two of our cars were in an accident with eachother. Since there is a Geico adjuster at this location the insurance recommend we take our vehicles here. I had two very different experiences here with each car. The damage on car #1 was to the front end and air bag, was fixed quickly and looks great. No complaints! When we brought car #1 home and left car #2 to get worked on this is where things got weird. They didn't call or give us any updates for about two weeks. I called twice and no one knew what the progress was. Finally got a hold of someone who said car was "totaled" and beyond spending time on repairs. To make the story short, you can tell by the picture the car was not totaled. They claimed the bottom panels under the car were crumpled potentially all the way to the front, but we come to find out they didn't even remove the seats or anything on the inside of the car to look how far the damage went. My husband went to the shop to look, took out the back seats and the damage didn't even continue past the back of the trunk. Needless to say communication is poor. Of course some of this review equates more with Geico then it does either the shop, but since the shop has to do what the adjuster says you may not always get honest or timely answers.
