They didn’t communicate with USAA accordingly about my deductible was $0 so I had to return few days after to retrieve my vehicle when I called USAA to provide the information. When I picked up the vehicle it had overspray on the body and lots of sticky white residue from the taping or paint process. I had to wait an extra 1-2hrs for these discrepancies when it was clearly stated that my vehicle was ready for pick up. The rear trunk was also dusty from the shop or painting process and was not properly cleaned. Rear camera was not working properly and was told to bring it back to the shop. There was also a chip in the trunk area but they took care of it right away during the touch ups. Luckily the rear camera started working after a day of driving so I didn’t need to bring it back. Overall it was a stressful time servicing my Tesla here. But they did a decent job on the paint and body work. Looks brand new again besides the discrepancies that were taken care of.

The last time I got my Tesla fixed it fixed Auto. They did me a great service and fixed it in three days so when somebody hit me again in the same exact place, I thought maybe they could do the same. Unfortunately, it took a week and a half over a weekend so I would recommend to the ladies that work in the department who I really appreciated. They were very kind, but I had a choice. One of my insurance people said go there get an estimate and then get a time that they can take you in. The next lady I talked to at the insurance company said just go in and drop it off, so I called Fix Auto And asked about this. Should I come in and drop it off or should you give me an estimate I really need to get my car in like three or four days. I can’t afford a rental for a week and a half so they told me to come in and drop it off and of course they couldn’t quote how many days it would be they said four weeks. What should’ve happened is I should’ve I should’ve come in. Let them tell me how long it would take order the parts for me and then I can come back in three or four days and get my car instead they told me to drop it off which cost me over $200 in rental cars. I have nothing bad to say about Fix Auto just that they should tell people if they have to pay for their own rental car. Come in get an estimate and bring it back when you can be assured to get it out in a few days which they have accommodated me on before just not this time They did an excellent job on my repair!

Right after Thanksgiving, I was rear ended by a lady who fell asleep at the wheel. Of course, she didn’t have insurance. Luckily I did, and although my insurance company gave me a few recommendations, after reading their reviews it was clear that Fix Auto was the right place for me. From start to finish the Fix Auto team treated me with compassion and professionalism. They provided me updates as things progressed and finished weeks ahead of schedule even with two major holidays in between. Couldn’t recommend this business enough for auto repairs especially if it’s a Tesla because they are currently the only Certified Tesla Repair shop in Kitsap county and I’m happy to have them in my hometown of Port Orchard. Special shout out to Riley who was super user friendly even though I was dealing with a frustrating situation. Thanks for making my 2024 Model Y look as good as new. 🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🇺🇸

Overpriced especially for smaller repairs. 10k + to fix this, but overall they did a good job. Good customer service. 3 stars because they also forgot to calibrate my cameras which caused an alert notification to “make a service appointment”with Tesla. Luckily just a quick call to a Tesla Service associate fixed these issues and I was able to do it myself. Works perfect now!
