I took my truck to Fleet Services because of the awesome reputation they have in and around the Puget Sound area. They did not disappoint. Every single staff member there was super nice and courteous. I was greeted by three or for people on my initial visit. The auto technician did a great job on my truck . The service staff working the desk were great also. I would highly recommend this business to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle.

Would definitely recommend! I had some steering issues on my duramax that I couldn't quite figure out how to fix. The shop got the problem figured out and fixed I pretty quickly getting my truck back the same week I dropped it off. They didn't charge for anything unnecessary and seemed very competent. I'll definitely be bringing my trucks here whenever I need work done.

As a Full Time RVer, these guys got us in and out super fast! Very helpful and very fair prices. They kept us up to date with the repairs and had us back in our home by end of day. Entrance was a little tight for our 44 ft RV, but they turned it around for us and leaving was a breeze. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I first went to Fleet to perform the "Bullet-Proofing" of the notorious 6.0 L diesel in a 2008 E-350 van in about 2012. it is now 2024 and the only problem I have ever had with it is the oil dip stick is really hard to pull out---not bad! The service in Sept. 2024 was great working with Matt after a few years between Service Advisers that were not great due to lack of knowledge, but Matt and technician Gary were great. This visit included a pesky problem with electronic door locks that was apparently due to a short to ground somewhere in the wiring harness that they worked around instead of replacing the harness, which was probably a good call. All other standard service done seems appropriate.

I have been using Fleet Service for many years now. They quality of work and the people is exceptional. Both at the truck and auto shop. Once again they have come through, my truck broke down on the road, AAA was not responding, I reached out to the Team at the Fleet Truck shop and they had Dick's towing there in very short order. Took care of the mechanical issue on the truck and had it back running with complete confidence. I would never consider going anywhere else.

Back in October of 2024 I took my truck to this shop because they work on diesel engines. The truck had some external oil leaks. A little over month later the leaks were supposed to be repair and they even put 2 new batteries. ($2000) repair! About a week later it still had bad external leak. I took it back for that main reason and the batteries weren’t holding charge. I asked them to give me a diagnose on why the truck would die after running for a while. They told me the truck has an internal leak. I’m ok with paying for the diagnose but I need them to do the repair on the external leak under warranty! It’s been 3 MONTHS! They keep giving me every excuse they can come up with and no results! I discourage you to stay away from this shop!

When you’re looking for a mechanic you want to be able to trust them and know they will back their work. I had an issue with a failed component in my powerstroke they had serviced and without any frills or hesitation they had me bring it back in and covered it all under warranty. From start to finish they were polite and friendly, apologetic about the mistake, fixed it in a timely manner, and overall made me feel at ease. Very happy I found this shop. It’s the first diesel truck shop where I’ll be returning for a 2nd time, after being let down numerous times by all the competitors in the area. The initial appointment set up was a breeze. I came in for an inspection a new Isuzu I had recently purchased, and Matt was able to get me in the very next day. I received an update text later that day that the inspection had been completed. They attached a link to where I could view what was good with the truck, and what needed replacing. They attached pictures of pretty much every part of the truck, with the reasoning behind the parts that needed repair. Very cool and helpful system they have here. The pricing was cheaper than the Everett Isuzu dealership, they had next day availability, Matt and the others working were super friendly and knowledgeable, place was clean, the list goes on. Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Was looking for a good shop to diag and repair a noise I was hearing on my truck. Went to 4 other shops, and they couldn't figure it out. Called up Fleet Service and was able to get her looked at. With in two days of drop off, I got a call and was told they found out what it was and recommended what needed to be done. I said yes and within a few days was ready for pickup.
