Stopped by the store at 6:30pm and was told they were closed. If the timings say 7pm, why would you refuse service. It was a useless drive on a Sunday evening. If it was a weekday or earlier, I would've gone somewhere else but just because Google Maps showed this as an "open now", I went there.

I had a very disappointing experience with this mechanic. I found them to be consistently rude and unprofessional during interactions. On multiple occasions, they quoted unreasonably high prices for very basic repairs—far above what other reputable shops charge for the same work. It felt like they were trying to take advantage rather than provide honest service. I would not recommend this place if you're looking for fair pricing and respectful customer service.

I don’t recommend going there at all I went there once and they messed up my alignment on my Nissan murano and I just went back there to get some air in my tires but the dude that took care of us looks like he was already irritated and decided to take it out on me. I was asking him questions respectfully and nicely about my tires to make sure they were all good then he gone walk away and tell my dad to tell me to calm down which was very unprofessional and I was very shocked because I’ve been there multiple times since it close to my house but today I felt very disrespected and recommended never going there because myself I’ll never step foot there again!

I experienced the worst customer service here. The owner absolutely doesn’t have any manners and was babbling the entire time we were there. He had done a decent job on my car before so, I took my friend to get hers fixed as well. When we started inquiring about the prices, he treated us as if we wouldn’t know a thing about cars and repairs. He is VERY mean and rude towards women. Then, he said ‘go to a bigger shop, get it done there, don’t come back here.’ That’s no way to treat your customers. I’m sure you can find better shops where you are treated with respect and where owners are transparent about their pricing.

Unfortunately, every time I have attempted to go to Fox Tire to either get an inspection, to replace a tire, or to get an oil change, the prices are always ridiculous or the inspection can never get done for some reason or the used tire needed is priced like I’m buying a brand new one. I don’t think they like women at all. They all are very rude and think you don’t know any better when they quote these exorbitant prices. To give an example, they told me they charged $100 for a high mileage oil change. I went to Valvoline and the same oil change was only $55. The location on Northgate Road is not a place I would recommend anyone let alone a woman bring their car because the vibes are off, and the audacity is at an all time high.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fox Tire Automotive (3701 Esters Rd, Irving, TX 75038) I went to get my brakes changed, and the service was excellent! They kept it real with me very straight up about the situation and whats going on with 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐧 #fordexpedition💯👌🏾. Prices were very reasonable, and A.B. and his friend were really good people. We even sat down, talked, and had tea together. They also took the time to explain what was really going on with my brakes and told me what services I’ll need to come back for later which I definitely agreed to. I really appreciate their honesty and knowledge. Never thought I’d meet such cool, like-minded, down-to-earth folks at a tire shop. Thanks A.B. and the whole team this is my new go-to tire and auto spot from now on! 🙌🏾🚗
