During their routine inspection, performed as part of an oil change, they discovered my lower ball joints were failing. They made me aware of the problem and discussed potential hazards of ignoring this problem. The joints definitely had some wiggle in them. I scheduled an appointment the following week. One day in and out. Added an alignment to the repair and all is fantastic. The truck feels right and tight. It handles and rides smoother and better than when I first bought it. Thanks again Full Throttle for a job well done!

Great quick service. Techs are very communicative on what they see and don’t force you to do something you don’t need to. Moved from Florida and had a vehicle that I had a list of everything it needed from my mechanic there. When Full Throttle provided me with there inspection report on it after I moved, it lined up perfectly to what I knew needed to be done to the car, with no crazy additions to the list. Very trust worthy.

The complete fuel system on my 2008 F350 had to be replaced. It was over $13,000 on the receipt it did not list the parts used it just said fuel system replacement. There were extra parts installed to help keep the damage from happening again. No one explained or showed me any of this. My truck started smoking severly after only a few miles from the shop. I called and left a message but no one responded ever. I believe FTA is a good repair shop but should spend more time when a repair is this expensive. Bruce Cundiff
