I will always take my vehicles here. EXCELLENT! And communication was top notch. I had a cabin exhaust smell and had taken it to our GMC local dealer and paid them to state they could not detect anything, I then took it to Full Throttle who did all diagnostic testing and found the gasket leak! Tired of paying dealership price tag, been searching for a local mechanic for a while that was charging a fair price for a fair job. F.T.A was exactly what I had been looking for. They offered me a military discount for my service and took great care of my truck. They went a few minutes late with my vehicle but communicated thoroughly through the process. Unless your vehicle is under a dealership warranty there's no reason not to bring it here. You are not responsible for paying the dealerships light bill. You'll love your time at this shop

The guys at the desk were really helpful with helping me on sorting out a courtesy vehicle. However, when the mechanics took at look at my vehicle, they quoted me over $4 grand in repairs. I talked to a man named Preston who came off a little apathetic when I expressed my concern about paying that much. My jeep was misfiring and of course they had found other issues. However, they were able to work with me on the issues and make all the necessary repairs needed in the end.

Since it was the first time servicing this vehicle, they completed an overall check. THANK YOU!! When this check of my vehicle showed concerns, they took the time to review everything (pictures and proof included) with me. I had a number of questions and did not feel rushed.
