Was recommended to this shop from a friend so i took my prius in for an oil change. A few weeks later, my air flow starts smelling of oil and the engine idles much shakier. This time i took my prius to a prius specialist and they said the oil was recycled or very poor quality; i paid 100$ for the premium at the time. Im very shocked as my friend has been going here for many years.

I made a call to consult the car battery, and I guess it was the owner, gave me some ideas and gave different price quote, no push on sales, I happily made an appointment, the next day the technician helped me installed battery, and also helped me checked the tires and tire pressure w/ TPMS signal on dashboard -- the young boy, Sam, is very nice and kind, explained many to me. Very impressive service quality and attitude, I will bring my cars for maintenance services... In short, great service also great price!

Can't say enough good things about S&S. My man Sam and his dad have been taking care of my tires for years. They're always up front and honest about exactly what you're gonna get for how much. They run a TIGHT shop they're always on time with their estimates. Just today I had a big piece of road junk stuck in my tread but I wasn't losing pressure. They advised to slowly drive over and they could pull it out for me and see if it starts leaking. I pulled it out myself in the parking lot, Nate checked it for me and confirmed I'm good to go, no charge. Stop reading this review, go and support this family-owned and operated business!

Normally, I don't leave a review for tire repair places. But this place is great. They are honest to share what they found that led to the leakage and how they tried to patch the tire. I was told that my tire is a self seal tire, and it should be able to seal it up when the nail is removed (and suppose to remove the nail by itself). They also told me to keep an eye on the tire pressure for a week. If it's stable, then there is no need to replace it because a new tire costs 270 dollars. Bay area is an expensive location. I can't believe there are still cost friendly services and honest business owners. 👍

I had a flat tire and wasn’t sure if it was repairable or needs a new tire, they told me that they would try the repair if that’s a possibility and they fixed as communicated, loved the service. They could have said I need a new tire but I loved the honesty in their service, extremely genuine people, I will surely come here again.

We had a flat tire which was pierced by a screw. We were helped by a very patient employee here. He was honest about what we needed. We planned to get four new tires, but he said we just need to repair the flat tire, which costs 40 dollars. No need to get a new one. If we really want to be safe, he suggested getting two new ones for the front of the car. We decided to just repair it. The service took over an hour, like they promised. There was water, coffee, and pastry in the shop. The overall experience was pretty nice.
