Had a brake line blow while in Saginaw while my infant son was in the hospital, called around and was told $80+ minimum. Brought my car here, not only did they fix the bad line, but also bleed them and replaced a tire for less than the others wanted to charge for just bleeding the brakes. Great place, Great people, knowledgeable and professional. If I am ever in the Saginaw area with car troubles again, this is the only place I'll even consider taking my car. 5 stars isn't enough, they deserve 11, 10 for services rendered, and 1 extra for being amazing and helping a new dad out!

Brian and Tom at Grauf's were exceptionally friendly and polite. Even nicer they were very fast with repairing a water pump and a belt tensioner I'm. I'm not originally from the Saginaw area but I am in the process of moving up here and I just found my new mechanics for when the move is permanent. Thanks again guy

Honest workers who get your car done the same day you bring it in and don't charge an arm/leg. He called to explain everything they were doing and told me prices before doing any work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I have always been pleased with these guys....until today. I called asking for an appointment because I'm having issues with my battery, but when I mentioned that my radio wasn't working, all they would suggest was to go to a place where they work on sound systems. Frankly, I'm disappointed. I can/will deal with the radio, but felt as though I were being dismissed about my battery, which was the most urgent need. Guess I'll have to find a new mechanic 😪

Someone hit my car at walmart. The wheel was smashed in and I couldn't drive. I had it towed to Grauf around 6pm, so they were closed!! I had my car back the next day, fixed! Everyone was so nice

Tom and his team have done a fantastic job for me for decades, and for my dad before that! If there is work that he can't do, he will refer you to a place that will do quality work. And, if there is work that should be done, he will let you know. He won't pressure you into the work unless it's a safety concern. Grauf's is my go-to for work on my car. He's trustworthy and reasonably priced.

Trustworthy and honest. If they can't do the repair they can recommend a good place to get it done. Great place for regular oil changes - they use a synthetic blend for all oil changes that gets me 5,000 miles between changes.

Screwed over an Army Veteran... So after my mother died and I wanted to take care of a few things on her truck before a long trip back home, I called a few local businesses to get some work done. I told Brian the predicament I was in and he was able to squeeze me in. I wanted to get an oil change, transmission flush and filter replacement, radiator flush, and brake fluid change. Brian dissuaded me from a brake fluid change as he thought it unnecessary. Great I thought. He quoted me "about $400" for the other 3 services. That was ok to me. I told him I already had the transmission filtter. I also wanted to replace an engine and cabin air filter, both filters I also provided. Upon picking it up the bill was $500 + $225 for a battery I may or may not of needed but opted for anyway. While I thought that was a little high, he was able to squeeze me in while I was on a tight deadline and I figured a little extra was worth it, he also added a quart of oil and transmission additive so overall "fair" I thought. He was busy with another customer walking in the door so I didn't give the bill too close of a look. I was content until I realized he never did the radiator flush I requested. I ultimately paid more to take this truck here than I would have paid at a genuine Chevy dealership via quotes I received after factoring in the fact I overpaid the original quote and received less than he said he would do. To add insult to injury, he charged an hour of labor to install a cabin air filter and engine air filter, which are literally accessable by a few clips and take no more than 3 minutes each by even the slowest of mechanics. Had I known he was going to charge so much for that, I would have done those myself. Long story short, if this business is willing to screw over an Army Veteran who just lost his mother, I can't even imagine what they would do to an ordinary Joe. Avoid this business at all costs.

Outstanding place. Brian is honest and awesome. Been going there for over 15 years. Always reasonable in prices and will tell you the most important things to change at one third of the car dealer prices (who also want to change anything and everything). The team went out of their way too to remove locking wheeling nuts on my used Ford Escape, they did not have the removal tool but got creative and removed it for me. Thanks Brian and Team. C Habashi
