My new Subaru was badly damaged in several hail storm and I needed to have it fixed in a timely manner. All the locations the insurance was referring me to were booked out several month. I completed a quick research and came upon Hail Genie. Upon speaking with Steve which was totally awesome. I had an appointment with great timing. They made the process so easy; From renting a car to dropping off the rental and pick picking up my car. I was notified every step of the way on where they were at with my vehicle. When I got my car back it was beautiful. I was in love again. Service is excellent, staff is attentive and kind and and the labor is beautiful. Work is done at a timely manner. I recommend them to anyone that is in need of excellent service.

Let me start by saying that I am a stickler when it comes to customer service standards and integrity. This company went above and beyond, and I will shout it from the rooftops. THIS is how you do sales with genuine care and concern for your customer. Si initially approached me in a Target parking lot when he saw I had hail damage. It had been on our mind to get fixed, so we went forward with it. Plus, Si had been a previous customer himself and then started working for Hail Genie. First, he came by the house to take a look at the damage. I didn’t have to go anywhere and he was honest and upfront about what could/could not be fixed. That’s integrity. This team handled everything—insurance communications, estimate appointments, rental mini van, texted us frequent updates, everything. And it didn’t cost us an additional dime. When we showed up to pick up the car, Si, his manager and the owner, Marcus, all came out to shake our hands—professional. They went above and beyond and did the top of the line internal and external detail—my car looks brand new (and we have kids…). The hail damage is completely gone AND they fixed other dings in my car. We are SO impressed with their customer service and business model. Wow! Just Wow! Sai and Marcus couldn't have made this process any easier! All I had to do was meet them at the car rental location swap cars and they took car of everything with insurance! When they were finished, I dropped the rental back off with them and picked up my car. That was it! They detailed my car and I have no dents. My Subaru feels brand new! They kept me updated every step of the way! It's refreshing to use a local business 100% built on customer service and customer convenience. Just amazing! Update: Just got off the phone with Insurance Adjuster who also said that Hail Genie is very easy to work with and his experience was just as pleasant as mine!

100/10 would recommend this place over and over! Let me start from the beginning, I had horrible hail damage in my brand new car from a storm a few weeks ago and my whole back window was completely shattered on top of all the damage. I was super stressed about picking a good repair shop and one that would get my car looking new again, and as a woman I was also worried about being jacked around. Well let me tell you, I saw Hail Genie on Google, called and spoke to the owner Marcus right away, he got me in to look at my vehicle within a couple days, and then set up my rental for me, and met me at the rental place to swap vehicles. He explained everything beyond thoroughly through our the entire process, he was extremely friendly and went above and beyond by calling and texting regular updates and even remembered the candy my daughter preferred for when we picked up my car lol. It was honestly the littlest things that made a huge difference! When I picked up my car it looked like I was picking it up from the dealership. The window is fixed, I don’t see any dents or dings, the inside was so clean. I truly can’t say enough good things about Hail Genie and I will 1000%

I would give 10 stars if I could! These guys are amazing at their jobs and amazing people. I was skeptical of the free deductible at first but can say I didn’t pay a penny and have 2 vehicles back from these guys already. The process is very smooth, from the estimate to writing the claim and even the updates at every step of the way. Every question is answered and every issue or concern is addressed and with the highest importance. I never once felt out of the loop or pushed to the side. I will definitely be using these guys if I ever have any more damage in the future. The work is perfect and I couldn’t be more happy with the results! Both of my cars were hit with GOLF BALL sized hail and now appear brand new. I truly cannot speak anymore highly of these guys, simply the best!!!

10/10 I had horrible hail damage all over my car when Marcus (the owner) first approached me in a Walmart parking lot. I’ll admit, I was very skeptical at first — it honestly sounded too good to be true. But I’m so glad I took a chance, because what followed was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Marcus went above and beyond — constantly keeping me informed and updated throughout the process. As a young single woman, it can be difficult to feel comfortable and respected in these situations, but Marcus made me feel completely safe and assured the entire time. Not only did they do an excellent job on the hail repairs, but they also fixed my cracked windshield and my automatic trunk — without me even asking. On top of that, they provided me with a rental car for the entire 3 weeks my car was in the shop, and I didn’t pay a single cent out of pocket. I seriously felt like I left with a brand new car - not to mention they completely detailed the inside of my car!!! I met Si at Walmart on 8th Street, and he was beyond polite and professional when we spoke. I wasn’t even sure my car would have the dents from all the softball sized hail come out, but when I showed up to pick her up she looked brand new. The entire team is so kind and provide so much info so you understand everything. Si made sure to keep me fully informed and updated throughout the process too. The team even went out of their way to get my car a new battery and recalibrate all my sensors, which life saver cuz my battery wouldn’t have survived winter. They got my engine bay clean and detailed the entire car. She’s never looked so beautiful. I cried with how amazing the car turned out and how caring the team was to make sure my car was safe to leave the lot with. 10/10 recommend and would do it again!!!!

Chase found me at Target one day and let me know how they could help me with my hail damage. He was very polite and informative. They were able to get me rental and took my car right in. It took maybe about 2weeks to get my car but their job is phenomenal. Chase texted me updates and let me know how the work was going. I got my car back and it looks better than new! They detailed the inside of my car and I don’t think I’ve seen my car so beautiful inside even when I bought it. It is shiny without any hail damage. They even took out a bump I had on the side of the car! I cannot recommend them enough!! Great, outstanding service!!
