My visit was perfect. Fast efficient good quality repair, at a reasonable price. They towed my vehicle in to their shop for free. Their estimate came in $1200 cheaper than my insurance estimate. My insurance cut me a check for their estimate which covered my deductible and rental car and put about $500 in my pocket, after paying my bill at highline. I highly recommend !

Took 00’ 5-speed Golf into their shop for my clutch. Not only did they do a great job, they fixed so many other issues and mistakes that I didn’t even mention!!! They communicate great and they are for sure all about the customer. Great experience! I had taken my BMW 328i to Jiffy Lu e for an oil change and they installed the wrong drain plug. I took it back to another Jiffy Lube, they apologized, confirmed the issue and installed a different drain plug. Two weeks later my car was leaking again. I was referred to Highline by Fixauto Tempe. They were able to service my car within 24 hrs. They found the issue to be the drain plug as well but confirmed Jiffy Lube had installed a cheap aftermarket part with a smaller size O-ring. They cleaned up the oil mess, installed the correct drain plug and fixed my leak. They did not over charge me and kept me informed the whole time. I will continue taking my cars to them and will also recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Highline! Adam was great!!

I was looking for a better price to get some wear and tear repair done on my 2017 Honda Civic Coupe - Highline came highly recommended and for good reason! Not only did they find some issues Honda had missed, the price was considerably less than even the repairs for the issues Honda did find PLUS the issues Highline discovered. When I picked up my car, they let me know of some work I will need in the future but did not pressure me to do it right now and were extremely kind when letting me know it “wasn’t a cost I needed to worry about right now” (their words). I almost cried as it’s so rare to get such honesty and consideration from a business these days. I will only take my Honda to Highline from now on!

I just recently bought a 2016 GTR… unfortunately it had some problems.. and those problems lead to other problems.. I am in Surprise,AZ and I wouldn’t go to anyone else other than Highline Car Care.. especially Wes! The whole team at Highline are amazing people, super friendly, confident in their work, and the prices are great! Wes helped me for the last 3 months to getting my car running how it should have from the day I bought it. The customer service he gave me, and continues to give me has been nothing but amazing… anytime I have a problem regardless of the time of day, Wes seems to always get back to me in a timely manner. If you have any car issues, especially with the GTR platform then Wes is your man to go to! Thanks again for all of the help and letting me achieve my dream vehicle.

I requested a repair for the engine mounts. Since it’s an older Japanese car that isn’t very common on the market, the initial quote was $2,000 with OEM parts. I honestly thought, “That’s way too expensive—this would be half the price in Japan!” But after doing some research, it turns out that’s pretty standard across the U.S. This shop had the best reviews in the area, and after discussing my options, they agreed to do the job for $1,500 using aftermarket parts, which made the decision easy. The work was completed in just two days, and the engine vibration is now almost completely gone—it feels great to drive again. The staff were friendly, professional, and very attentive. The quality of their work is excellent, and I highly recommend them.
