Told me they would pick up my car but never said anything about charging for the tow ; ( No call that my car was ready to be picked up after repair work was complete.

JUST DONT GO, TRUST ME. TOO LONG, BAD SERVICE. NO RELIABILITY. THEY'VE HAD MY CAR FOR 3 MONTHS. I COULDN'T AFFORD ANY OTHER PLACE. INVEST YOUR MONEY AND PUT IT IN THE RIGHT HANDS.

Please be aware of this place, they’re not professional, I went to get a Salvage inspection & the guy his name was Jose( the owner ) not even check my car he just filled out the paperwork with out inspect my vehicle & charge me 40dlls, but the worst part was when I went to the DMV the to register my car, his stupid business licenses was suspended since 2019, please don’t go to this place this man is a thief and should be in prison.

Bad idea to take any car for any service there; l took my truck to get fix in December 27 2023,one week later l have problem with the truck, l call and they said bring truck back, today is may 21 the truck still not fix; l think is the worst place in town to use they services if l know hiw they work l will never take my truck there

Makes you come back over and over. I've gone when he told me to go then tells me to bring it another time. Shaft pivot seal (2006 Mazdaspeed 6) that they fixed started leaking again a month later. Might have been sooner, I just didn't notice it. 2 stars because I paid a good price if they would haha actually fixed it and it stayed that way.

I always come to Image Automotive for all my needs and have been doing so for the past few years. From smog testing, oil changes, brake work, etc.. They are awesome and the mechanics are very well experienced. I recommend this place to all my family and friends!

Awful and awful, I went to get my car smogged and it failed according to the owner because of a fast idle. He said he would fix for 79 dollars and be done at 1 pm which was a couple of hours away. At 1 pm I return from wandering the area and the owner has left for an emergency i was told dont worry hell be back in 20 minutes. An hour later he comes wandering out from the back office and informs me now its this not that call me at 4 pm Needless to say I had to wait overnight and most of sunday when the DMV is closed. Do not go there and do not believe these random diagnosis. Awful zero thumbs up!

Not an honest broker and promises in time mean nothing. Beware! Don't buy a car from a Craigslist ad if they show you a recent invoice from this company. Likely a scam.

Was quoted $200 (and paid upfront) for a new alternator. Two days later they tell me it was going to be an additional $170 for the part. I told them to shop online for one that I know was only $45. Week later I got my car back and was charged an extra $60 for the part without my permission. NEVER go here for auto repairs

I originally took my car for an a.c. issue. The claimed to fix the seals and there should be no more leaks. Less than 1 week later my a.c. is blowing warm again. I took it back and they kept it for 2 days. To make a long story short, I've taken my car 6 times and still NO A.C! I work nights and my wife works days, its not easy to leave them my car for 2-3 days at a time. Now they're saying I need to buy more parts and they'll install them for an additional $75.00. This place has been a complete waste of time and money. What a joke.

Ok first he made me pay 300 dollars up front to allow my car to be worked on. He said it was a fuel pump however it was the not. He just rest the codes by taking chips out of my circuit. After that he drove my car about 100 miles and left me with a half tank. And had the balls to tell me my car was done and all he did was once the codes reset because of the chip missing it passed smog but he did not fix the problem. And told me it was done what a joke and a waste of 300 dollars

Actually this man is pretty good! I’ve been going to him for smogs and repairs for 20 years now. The only catch is you don’t know quite what he’s going to do to fix it, because of the language barrier, until the end he tells you what he’s done. So he might surprise you with a higher bill but it’s still reasonable than most places. And yet he did get the job done. I’ve never had to return the car back to him.

If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!! 2002 Subaru Forester *Complete engine replacement w a new timing belt, plugs/wires....parts&labor=$1900 *O2 sensor w a bung welded on+ new spark plugs.....parts/labor =$225 *Wheel bearing/hub..... Parts/labor=$325 Except for the engine replacement that took 3 days, I have gotten my car back a few hours later. My last repair, bearing and hub, I was quoted $1000 by Reno vulcanizing

My friend left her car here to get fixed, she couldn't come up with the money so she was going to sell it to me for cheap and we showed a couple weeks later and the brand new battery she bought was swapped with an older dead one, the new front tires she had on it were completely bald and different, now the battery is missing and the owner claims I came and took it out. Now the car is basically worthless and not even worth fixing and replacing all these parts that mysteriously disappeared. Shady place to take your car beware. Would never recommend anyone to this place unless you want more issues with your car.

Pulled up and stood at the front waiting for anybody to come and even say hello for 30 minutes. Just walked right past me and stood in the cell phone while il stood there waiting to be at least told hey I'll be with you soon.
