They were very professional, walked me through the process, asked what I needed to get done and if there was anything else they could provide while I was there. I was waiting and they have a lounge where you can hang out, there is complimentary coffee, sofa, water, snacks while you wait. When I was done they walked me through my service and let me know if there was anything that needed attention, as well as letting me know I didn't have any recalls at this time! Very nice, would recommend 10/10.

When the tire pressure warning light came on w less than 1500 miles on my car, I called the “after 5pm” service phone number on Thursday. I was skeptical that I’d get a call back, but on Friday morning before 8:30am, I got a call. Ian Cochran, service advisor, was super cheerful and set service for the tire up for later Friday afternoon. My car was in and out in less than an hour and covered by the 3 in 1 warranty I had purchased.

I recently visited Jay Wolfe Honda Service to have my car battery replaced. The staff member assisting me was very helpful and clear throughout the process, which I appreciated, especially since I have limited mobility due to my disability. However, after the service, I was told they chose not wash my car due to “existing damage,” which was only a small dent on the front hood. I found that reasoning disappointing, as I don’t believe a wash would have caused further harm. Overall, while the service itself was fine, the decision left me dissatisfied, and I’ll likely take my vehicle to another Honda dealership in the future.

New to Kansas, was not sure to go which shop in town does a good quality service on Honda vehicles. I believe I found one right here. Our Honda had a issue with fuel injector associated with PCM, Honda had extended warranty on this matter. Jay Wolfe service department have done a great job, Ian especially. They were willing to help us out with this matter, even its warranty work, I am aware that not all warranty work is favorable from dealership perspective but Honda and Jay Wolfe still honored the warranty and made it happen and have our Honda back to road worthy. That right there was something I could not ask for more from the car brand, that shows they care and willing to work with you, rather than pick only more favorable or profitable work for the shop. Appreciate all you do and keep up the great work. Thanks again!

Went there due to a recall. Service tech was great. My car needed to stay for a couple of hours. I asked for a shuttle to take me to my job. They said it would take 30 min for him to be back. I waited for about an hour and 20 min. I asked a sales person and he was clueless. Didn’t appear to make any attempt to help, he just said” yea, we don’t know where he is or how to contact him, sorry for the inconvenience” and walked away….. they finally found someone to take me and they sent someone to pick me up right away when my car was done Overall ok experience

We scheduled an appointment to view a used car and were told it was available - by their wonderful "digital assistant". Only to find upon arrival the car was not ready to be viewed as it was still being looked over by their maintenance crew (we do appreciate that is an important step to make sure cars are ready, so we are glad they at least do that in general) After sitting there for several minutes while the sales man tried to even find the car, we were told "we're still looking it over to make sure we don't sell junk." Yeah I'd hope not? But why then was it marked available online and we were able to schedule a test drive when that wasn't the case? Clearly their actual human employees don't check up on the scheduling that their AI system makes. Really it's just incredibly unprofessional. We were basically turned out at that point. No attempt made to offer us to see another car or even provide more details on the car in question... just "we hope you didn't have to come far." Well not too far but still. Would you trust your family in a car from a dealership that can't be bothered to even care about your time, let alone your safety? I've shopped at several dealerships and was left dumbfounded by the impression I got that they viewed this as unfortunate but altogether acceptable. How often does this happen here? Often, by the "whooopsies" reaction we got. Idk man. The point of AI is to streamline the process, but when used to just do all the work and no one's gonna check in on it to make sure things like this don't happen... well. Things like this happen. Unprofessional, un-bothered, unacceptable.

I always have a fantastic experience at Jay Wolfe Honda Service Department, but my last visit was above and beyond. Ian Cochran was cheerful, positive, and extremely helpful from the beginning. At the end of the business day, Jay Wolfe Honda Service Department let me know that I had an issue with my brake line being installed incorrectly (from an auto collision center). Ian was in contact with the auto collision center first thing the next morning in order to arrange payment by the auto collsion center to fix what they had installed incorrectly. I was totally hands off, which made it incredibly easy on me. I dropped my car off on a Monday and I was told it was would take until Friday to be fixed - no problem - but Ian (and the service people) surprised me and had my vehicle ready by Wednesday! Ian was kind enough to send me pictures of the issue with my brake line and promptly answered any questions I had, whether through phone call or email. I've never had any issues with my Honda when it is repaired and maintained by Jay Wolfe Honda. I hope to have another 100,000 miles with my car.🤞🏻Highly recommend Ian as your Honda service advisor.

EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE. Ian was excellent to work with. I bought my car brand new at Jay Wolfe Honda and I've done every maintenance at the service center as well. I brought my car in for a routine check and it came to light that it could potentially be an expensive fix. Ian had great bedside manner in delivering the news. And displayed top notch technical knowledge. He explained the matter thoroughly and answered questions with insight and clarity. Zero pressure and manipulation. Totally professional. He went above and beyond to assist me in the matter. I have so much gratitude that I worked with Ian. I will not be going any where else for my service. And I will only work with Ian from if I can.
