Shannon the General Manager was rude and acted like he wanted to fight. I had pulled in to just get air in my tires and I was told by a technician to pull in to the bay. Shannon the General Manager yelled at me and said I needed to wait to be guided in the bay, I explained to him I was told to pull in and he kept yelling that was not said. I again told him that was the technician said. He proceeded to keep yelling and said “bet”. I asked the tech what’s his problem? He said he is just in a bad mood. I watched Shannon the General Manager walk around taking personal phone calls on his cell phone as I sat there for 30 minutes to just put air in my tires. I finally got air in one tire and decided I won’t be treated like this and went across the street at QT to put air in my own tires. I will never go back to this Jiffy Lube again just because of the GM, Shannon. Jiffy Lube needs to find them a new General Manager quickly.

Been going this location for 8 years. Just had the worst experience ever there. The manager was not friendly and the crew was not professional. I was worried they were going to destroy my car. Will not be back. One crew person was covered in oil due to the top level tech telling the car owner to turn on their engine while the lower operator was draining the oil. Could have been seriously injured and the top techs just shrugged their shoulders and laughed about it.

$118 for a full synthetic oil change. Pricey compared to walmart, but they help you with other things you need while they're at it. Got tires filled up and the plastic undercarriage of my car re-attached in the same sitting.

Bought my car new in 2004, and have just decided to run it till the wheels fall off... went to Jiffy Lube to get a coolant flush and an oil change, and about a grand later I am driving a vehicle that I haven't experienced in a long time. Not like new, but like maybe a 5 year old car instead of a going on 22 year old car. The steering feels fantastic again, and the transmission shifts far more smoothly than it has in eons. I low-key look forward to driving it again. The whole team here was really good, but the local management is clearly excellent. I had a lot of time to observe the place as it did take several hours to get everything I ended up opting to do to the vehicle completed. The experience really altered my perspective on what a Jiffy Lube is, I guess. At least this location. I *really* like not having a car payment, but have been preparing for this WW1 era vehicle to give up the ghost any time now... but driving it for several weeks after the service, I think she's got a few more years in her.

This place was the worst experience I've ever had at a Jiffy Lube and I've used some of them of them throughout my years with my truck. One of the four technicians was the only one really working the other three were the goofing around laughing not being professional and I don't even know if they actually put the oil back in my truck or if they actually drained it, they spent more time laughing and choking around about other stuff that had nothing to do with work and were acting very professional, took me 2 hours just to get in the bay and that is ridiculous, and the one guy that kept calling Lopez was nothing but completely unprofessional and seemed to me like he was on some kind of substance. I will definitely never go back to this location and I am shocked that Jiffy Lube is being ran in this manner.

I had an oil change at Jiffy Lube in June 2025, but I don't drive much at all. It's 7 months later & my car started acting up. My husband figured out that they had overfilled the oil, it should take 5 qts but they put in 6. We took it back & they fixed it, no hassle, no charge. Sadly, most businesses would've blown it off or charged to fix it, but Jiffy Lube's manager took care of it when he saw that they had indeed put in a quart more as per the receipt. I greatly appreciate their integrity & response. Car's running fine now. I will definitely go back to JL. Mistakes happen & they owned up to it.

Went in for an oil change and Jacob came out and explained it would be a little bit of a wait due to a fleet vehicle in front of me. It was no problem for me but I appreciated the heads up. Once it was my turn he made sure I was taken care of properly and was super nice. All in all, it was a great experience!
