Jones deemed it was under warranty and ordered me a new window was installed within a couple weeks. Nick, Mitch, Ryder and Bailey installed the new exterior doors to our home in Spanish Fork. They did an absolute fantastic job. The doors work flawlessly and they look so good. This home is almost 77 years old and it was difficult getting the doors to fit properly but they stuck with it and did a magnificent job. Thanks a million.

We had 5 windows replaced this Autumn. Trevor and Tye were the employees from Jones P&G who arrived to do the job. Both men were skilled, quick and easy to talk to. We are delighted with the results! One of the windows was a huge 5 ft x 5 ft window. It was opposite a built in China cabinet! I thought this would be a huge issue, however, it wasn't at all. I chose to clean off each of the 5 giant glass shelves, dust and replace items, but no glass was damaged as they had to break out the existing window pane, and replace it once again with the double glass window. Thank you Trevor and Tye!!! We'll done!!

Nick and Ryder did an awesome job replacing two existing French doors in my home with sliding glass doors. They represented Jones Paint and Glass well in that they took care of unexpected repairs and were meticulous in doing finishing touches such as cleaning the glass so thoroughly you couldn't tell whether or not glass was there. The results of the project were outstanding and gave the appearance of updating and giving a facelift to both the master bedroom and the kitchen family room area. The visual appeal brought in light without it being overpowering. We were pleased with the decision to go with sliding glass doors instead of just repeating the replacement with the French lattice doors. We now can enjoy looking out at the wildlife and the meadows from anywhere in the room through the new sliding glass doors. Thanks so much!

I had the pleasure of working with Mitch and Bailey for installation. It was amazing! They came exactly on time. They answered every question and they let me interrupt them while they were doing installs. They did a fantastic job installing. They even cleaned the areas after they were done and did a double check before they left to be sure there was nothing left behind. They were so fast. Those two work in tandem perfectly. When I do our other glass installation for the upstairs of my home I will be requesting them specifically. The entire process from receiving the quotes and making payments was so easy. And I’m very pleased with the price. The installation was fantastic.

Totally dissatisfied with the work that Jones Paint and Glass did installing my windows. Large gaps nothing is plumb or level their installers are lazy and unprofessional One window they did not remove the old call. Now I am stuck with the cost of the repair
