I always come here to get my state inspection sticker. The staff are friendly and efficient. I'm usually in and out pretty quickly. It's nothing fabulous to look at but the work is done properly and that's what matters most.

Never buy a car here! After buying a Subaru legacy, there was a coolant leak. I took the vehicle back three times for the same problem and they tried to put the blame on me for negligence. They don't want to refund me my money even after having footage of the car breaking down as I had to pull over and refill with coolant multiple times. I'm going to get my money back regardless due to the lemon law, but they're making this process a whole lot more complicated just because they want my money.

Do not bring your car to this place. I brought my car to replace one oxygen sensor and they broke 3 more sensor. And they didn't want to fix it.

I got a flat tire near their shop and asked if they could help me. It was 1:30 on a Saturday and they were closed. They opened the shop back up, changed the tire for me, and hooked me up with basically a brand new “used” tire for a great price. Would highly recommend!! I’ll be coming back for future service!!!

Do not go here!!!!! They rejected my car for having 35% tint all around and they said their machine measured 22% on the front and 16% on the back. They don’t even make tint that’s 22% or 16%. This place is so unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing! The lady at the desk would not even look up from her phone when I was standing at the desk waiting to check in. The mechanics are rude and the waiting room is old and run down. Spend your money at other places that deserve to stay in business.

First of all this Garage has the sweetest people. Eugenia is an amazing front to the business and she was so fun to talk to while waiting for my inspection! They were very quick and did an awesome job. Definitely recommend going here. 😊 I will totally be coming back next year!

My 2008 Audi had a problem with the headlights. I was worried that I would need to replace the whole headlight unit, but the mechanic was able to find out that I had an electrical shortage. My lights were then repaired within a day and for a fair price! I would highly recommend this mechanic for anyone with an older European car.

did a great quick car inspection, but the waiting room is stuffy so maybe don't wait there if it's summer.

We bought a used Subaru Forrester 2010 from K-Tech Auto in June and what a disaster it has been. After 3 check engine lights and three return visits the car stalled again with a noticeable smell of gas under the vehicle. We had the car towed to a Subaru dealer who noticed that the fuel line was damaged (after someone tried to fix it) and the belts were installed backwards (what reputable mechanic does that) and finally that the motor wasn't the original motor! How can we trust that the mileage is correct when they switched the motor? What else will happen to this car in the future? They insisted we tow AGAIN to an independent mechanic for another diagnosis. The independent mechanic found the same issues. After talking with them to start the process of returning the car (within 30 days of purchase) they denied us. Now we start the ugly process of legal action after I tried 4 times to negotiate with them even agreeing to give them $600 dollars to be done with this disastrous issue. With a catastrophic engine failure like this it is extremely unsafe to drive. I wouldn't want anyone to have to go through the pain we have and therefore thought it very important to let everyone know. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

I gave the guy my car to see if he could fix a issue with the A/C and he said he would need to check the freon and if it had a leak, he told me he was gonna charge me between $70 to $90 after being with the car for 1 week on the last day he calls me and says that he diagnose the car and said that my Sam Control Module was bad and he didn't show me nothing, nor prove of the Computer saying that the SAM was bad told me it was $350 for the troubleshoot, even though I said I will take the Sam Module to him he said he doesn't guarantee that it will fix the problem, so I ended up just paying him what he did gave $150 for his trouble and took my car, guy told me even if I bring him the Sam Module he wouldn't be able to fix my issue, went to another place and they connected the computer to diagnose my car for free and they told me the issue was the A/C High Pressure Switch something that only cost $45 and could be replaced by any mechanic in 30 minutes. I don't wanna talk bad about the guy but he should have told me the truth instead of trying to make me buy something that was fine, Sam Module was perfectly fine, no check engine light no codes except for A/C High Pressure Switch. So next time when you go to this place do your research on parts and ask for prove a lot of mechanics think that just because you are the customer they shouldn't be honest and tell you the things. One thing I can say I will never take a car to him since I lost his trust.

I had an inspection sticker done here. I was amazed at the quality of assistance with this. I didn’t have to wait in a line and they came out right away. The employees were very responsive to my needs.

I really wish there was a way to give this place negative stars. I really do. I was interested in buying this car. The owner said he replaced the engine with a used one with 80000 miles. So I bought the car. Turns out I was way too trusting of their work. The very next day, I noticed there was a small puddle under the front end. I looked underneath and saw the transmission was leaking through the cover. They were trying to hold the cover onto the transmission with some silicone since they broke a few bolts into the transmission. So now I'm very suspicious and I check other areas of the car. Then I saw they used a ratchet strap to hold up the gas tank. I continued to look for more problems and noticed the strut towers rotting out to the point there are holes around the top of the tower, close to where the struts mount. How can ANY dealer have something like this sitting in their parking lot ready to sell? While I'm bringing the car back, the Service Engine Soon light comes on. I told the owner the problems I found and that I don't want the car. He said he'll order the transmission cover and the gas tank strap but he can't take back the car. I told him it's not safe to drive with the strut towers rotting away and urged him to take the car back. He kept saying it's safe to drive and it will pass inspection. This place will never have your best interest at heart. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. Stay away.

The shop was closing in a few minutes when I arrived on a Saturday. I believe my problem couldn’t wait because I was getting mold in my interior and would have gotten worse very quickly. They fixed the issue within 1 hour and the team stayed late! Great service and the cost was more than fair! I will absolutely go back!

If you want your car to be running, please do not bring it here lol they let me leave their shop with the engine halfway put together. I’m lucky they carved in it completely get ruined. I managed to catch it before then. Also charged me an arm and a leg for nothing

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER — BE CAREFUL I purchased a RED 2011 Subaru Outback from K Tech Auto Sales on July 28, 2025. On October 21, 2025, a licensed mechanic found severe frame/subframe corrosion that made the vehicle unsafe to drive. This was a major safety defect that clearly existed at the time of sale. I notified the dealer immediately and returned the car to their lot on October 25, 2025. Since then, they have refused to repair or refund the vehicle and have avoided providing any written remedy, despite my repeated attempts. I also sent formal Chapter 93A demand letters by certified mail, and the dealer still has not offered a good-faith resolution. This has left me without a safe, drivable vehicle for weeks. I am now working with the Massachusetts Attorney General, the MCC Law Center, and local resources regarding this issue. I’m posting this review to help others avoid the same experience.

I had my rear differential done 12/2025… it didn’t even last 6 months before it started leaking. They put my lug nuts on my rear tires so tight, they had to help broken off to do my breaks. This place used to be amazing, not sure what happened. I won’t be back.

My boyfriend recently bought a RED 2011 Subaru Outback from K Tech Auto, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. A licensed mechanic found severe structural corrosion only 3 months after the purchase — the kind of issue that should never have passed inspection and that should’ve been disclosed. He returned the vehicle to the dealer right away, and it has been sitting on their lot for weeks with no real attempt to resolve the situation. He has sent formal letters and tried repeatedly to work this out, but the dealer has been uncooperative and unwilling to take responsibility. Please be careful when buying here. Based on what I’ve seen, they do not stand behind their cars or their customers when serious issues come up.
