Worst experience, took my vehicle in last Thursday. I came from Midland and been given the run around about my vehicle being completed. From being short staffed to the part hasn't arrived, then that they have the part but again don't have it. Never given a concrete answer to when my vehicle would be completed. The apix cable is what was needed to changed. Missed a whole week of work just being on standby with no communication unless I'm messaging Tyler. Which he would forget to give me an update. And to add I wasn't provided a rental. Luckily my husband and I have a home here in Austin but I've been stuck at home with no vehicle. Communication was horrible and inaccurate. Worst experience ever.

I recently decided to consolidate my Lexus and Range Rover Sport into one new vehicle and had my sights set on the 2025 Range Rover Sport. After submitting an inquiry through the dealership’s website, Erin promptly reached out to me. She was flexible and accommodating with my schedule, which wasn’t the easiest, and I truly appreciated her patience and understanding. Erin struck the perfect balance—persistent without being pushy, and always stayed in touch without dropping the ball. Once I was able to come in for a test drive, she really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find exactly the right fit: the 2025 Range Rover Sport Plug-In Hybrid. During the negotiation process, Erin remained calm, professional, and transparent, even as the go-between. Ultimately, she helped secure a deal I was happy with. After the purchase, she continued to follow through and made sure everything the dealership had promised was delivered. When I returned for the “we owe” installation, the service department was equally friendly and professional, rounding out what was truly a great experience. I highly recommend working with Erin!

Best car Service Manager ever- Billy - He got right in my car and we drove nearby Clarksville hill and Dale. It was not at all simple nor normal service. Billy listened intently to what I said was going on with my perception of different sounds and where they were coming from. Billy perceived 3 different sound types under the car- front and rear. He told me what he was hearing speaking openly. I thought this was going to be a long ordeal of testing step by step with 3 not usual sounds for repair of a Range Rover Sport mostly driven on highway and not a driver who pushes one’s car. I was expecting getting the car back and coming back in to the shop more than once to cure such sounds! I have had long term wonderful mechanics and great German cars only over my 68 years. I can very gladly say that -Billy- is Z BEST !!! -the most thoughtful and best diagnostics service mechanic manager and straight up Good guy! It was a good amount of work and the communication from Billy and getting the right mechanic and his interpretation shared with his mechanic made everything work. Thank you Billy and I want the head manager and owner of the Dealership to hear this please !!!

I had an exceptional experience working with Robert Walls at Land Rover Austin. He was a true gentleman throughout the entire process—knowledgeable, kind, and never pushy. Robert clearly knows what he’s doing and delivers outstanding customer service. What really set him apart was his responsiveness and dedication. He answered the phone on a Saturday night at 9:00 PM and again on Sunday to help us work through pricing details, which is well beyond what anyone would expect. I always felt supported, informed, and respected. Everyone I have dealt with here was pleasant and helpful. I am strictly speaking to the service side as I have not purchased a car here. But the sales staff seem friendly. I have been in for 2 things thus far: oil change (granted they had all kinds of things listed, so be smart and do your own homework) and a battery replacement. The person I've always dealt with was Tyler and he is professional, kind, and thorough. The battery replacement was smooth and it was under warranty, no hassling or trying to get anything else added. I think they also gave me a new key fab battery, which was nice. The Uber drop off and pick up was such a welcomed touch of care. Excellent experience.

Always phenomenal service. My service advisor, Tyler, is very knowledgable about my vehicle, and very down to earth, love when people I work with can take a joke. Everyone in the building treats me with respect and kindness, as it should be, but hard these days in a lot of places. I never feel rushed and I ask at least 10 questions about my car every time I'm there. They always have an answer and I learn a ton. I know they would love to sell me an upgraded vehicle, and they try, but it never feels super sales-y. I was also offered a free car wash without a service appointment. That will get me to keep coming back every time. Love my RR, but love the service here even more.

Purchased our first used Mercedes from LRJ in November 2025, and unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing. During the sales process, my husband and I were assured that the vehicle had been fully inspected and was in good condition. We were specifically told the battery was good and that there were no issues such as leaks. The inspection report we received also did not list any battery or oil leak concerns, which gave us confidence in moving forward with the purchase. However, within two months of owning the vehicle we had to take it to a Mercedes dealership for an inspection, where they discovered an oil leak and that the battery needed replacement. After further review, we were informed these appear to be pre-existing issues. We attempted to contact LRJ by phone several times with no response, so we went to the dealership in person and spoke with Tyler. We asked for the matter to be escalated to management, hoping for some accountability or at least a partial credit toward the battery replacement given the circumstances. Unfortunately, the manager declined to offer any assistance. This was extremely disappointing, especially since we relied on the dealership’s inspection and representations when making the purchase. We expected better transparency and customer service from a dealership that presents itself as reliable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend doing business with this dealership and would strongly encourage future buyers to have any vehicle independently inspected before purchasing.
