Just wanna say thank you to Larry for putting on my air filter housing slightly off and damaging the notch on it after spending nearly $1,600 on repairs. $1,200 of it being on labors.

From the beginning when I inquired about getting my vehicle, he was amazing with providing me all the answers to my inquiries. we set a date to test drive and he followed up with me just to make sure I knew the address of the location. once I got there, he was welcoming me make sure I had something to drink offered me some snacks while we talked about the vehicle. Went in for a oil change used my rewards to pay for oil change. A few days later noticed they took 24,960 of my rewards. As i looked at the papers a couple of days after i noticed a additional service of engine cleaner something i did not request. I called and i asked why they took so many rewards for a oil change and was told that i requested the cleaner as well which i never asked for but the service representative told me that it was requested by customer and that they would call me back to speak to somebody else regarding this. When i called to schedule the oil change i did not request anything else other than oil change and recalls. I went in that same day and let him know about the issue the guy in the service department made it seem like 30 something dollars was not to much i think because it was used with my rewards he asked if i wanted the points returned which i said yes because that βserviceβ they did i did not request or approve of . He then told me it would take 2-3 buidness days and two weeks later they have not returned the rewards so be careful when using rewards its not a big deal but if they do it like this to many people who pay with rewards imagine how much money they will take

Thank you to the entire service team at Provo Ford Utah. Josh/service manager, Reece my advisor and Payton my tech took time to explain a complicated warranty repair and gave me a heads up on future maintenance. Buyer beware! Had independent inspection for used truck being sold by Sky Ford. Came back with $8000+ of repairs needed. Everything from bad fluids to bad suspension components. Had not even had oil or fuel filters replaced. Shop elsewhere.

A most Pleasant Experience and an amazing sales team with Jonny at the helm at the grassroots level. It was rather refreshing To have this team listening to my Request and not being fixated on an up sale. I told Johnny and the team exactly what I wanted. We went inside to look at the available options and we had an acceptable fit with vehicle and warranty options within a Few hours. They did not have the specified vehicle on the lot at that time, but they were able to locate it at another dealership and work through the options to bring the vehicle down the following day

I was having problems with the wipers on the wife's new 2025 mustang that we bought elsewhere but figured we would take it to the closest ford dealer. We scheduled the appointment and dropped it off the night before because we were busy and that day. They messaged with what they found saying they needed to order a wiper motor and it would take 3-5 days and they would call when they got them to schedule an appointment to install. 8 days later still no call so I called to ask and the parts got there 2 days ago, but the guy trying to schedule didn't know what the parts were or how long it would take, and was generally not concerned about the inconvenience of bringing the car in when we both work early mornings.

This Ford dealership is very untrustworthy. Do not take your car here. The first time we took our car here for a fix they double charged us for parts and I had to call 3 separate times to finally get a refund. On top of that about 2 weeks ago we took our car in for a rumbling issue in the transmission area. They told us the price to fix it and although pricey we were okay with the repair because we expected the car to last us a while longer. They never gave updated and we had to call several times only to never get any updates. Eventually they sent us a large bill and we went the next day to pick up our car. Upon pick up I read the invoice and it said that they hadnβt fixed our car and that the noise was still present and it would be another large sum order money to fix it. The same sound is still present and it seems like they did nothing to fix the actually problem and instead fixed a part that wasnβt the issue. Very disappointed in this dealership and how they treat their customers.

I donβt usually leave google reviews but I felt that I had to this time! Thanks to Jeremy Gray at Sky Ford in Provo for spending so much time with me and my Dad when we bought a car! I recently brought my 2025 F350 in for the 7,500-mile service and had several issues that I feel prospective customers should know about. First, the tire rotation was incomplete. My F350 requires different tire pressures front and rear. When the tires were rotated, the pressures weren't adjusted to match the new positions β so I drove away with low tire pressure warning lights on and had to make the corrections myself. That's a basic step that should be part of any rotation. Second, the DEF was supposed to be topped off as part of the service and wasn't. That made me wonder what else on the checklist was skipped, especially since no service report was provided. I have no way to verify whether fluids were topped off, brakes were inspected, or anything else was actually completed. Third, when I scheduled the appointment I was quoted $0.00, which led me to believe I had a prepaid service package. When I picked up the truck, I was charged $170. I understand that I didn't have a package and that I owed the money. That's not the issue. The issue is that quoting $0.00 when that wasn't the case felt dishonest. Had I known the actual cost upfront, I would have been able to make an informed decision about where to take my vehicle. I expect more from a Ford dealership β complete work, accurate pricing, and documentation showing what was done. I didn't get any of those things on this visit.

Probably one of the worst mechanic experiences of my life. We first brought our truck in around the first of July. It was having issues not starting when it was at operating temperature. We were told that the dealership could fix and diagnose anything. I explained the problem with the truck and they said they would look into it. Well it turns out they could never get the truck to do the problem. I gave them very clear instructions and they still couldnβt do it. They had me come up 5 times to show them that the truck has this problem. 2 of the times were around 3 pm and I was able to get the truck to not start, and they told me they would look at it tomorrow because it was too close to closing time. I live an hour away from this shop. They threw about $2500 worth of parts into the truck trying to fix the problem because they didnβt know what was wrong. And guess what?! It didnβt fix it! So 3 months later, I am now out $2500 and didnβt have a vehicle for 3 months. I took it to a local mechanic and that same day, within hours, he called me and said it was the fuel pump. Replaced the fuel pump and have not had a single problem since. How can a dealership not diagnose a bad fuel pump?? Long story short, do not take your vehicles here to be serviced or fixed unless you want the absolute run around.
