Ernie Walton was my service advisor at Leah Honda recently. It was a regular oil change and inspection and Ernie could not have been more pleasant early at 7 o’clock in the morning! He kept me posted through the time I was in the waiting room and sorted out the several coupons I had and gave me the best deal possible. Called me during that time to let me know the progress . When the car was complete he walked me thru the invoice and even gave me a discount coupon His communication skills were wonderful ! Yaay, got my first oil change my new car. Staff is always super friendly salesman who always says "Hi" when he sees me and the maintenance crew and supervisors always come over to have a little chat when they see us waiting; especially Ernie who is always friendly with a smile. It's one of the reasons why, we went to purchase a new car there instead of replacing my wife's Camry with another Toyota. Love my Honda, super comfy easy to see, like the integrated phone package, and heated seats. It just doesn't get as good gas mileage as my older Acura MDX but my Pilot is actually quieter and has a better ride.

Thank you LiaHonda for your assistance with my oil change. In the past, I had gone to one of those quick stop shops for an oil change and yeah the price might be a bargain, but later on came the headaches. They would forget to chage the filters then claim they did. Now, mind you, I'm the type that places a mark on my old filter only to find out that the mark is still there. When I purchase my Nissan Sentra from Honda they have always taken good care of me like sending me reminders when I need to service my car. Mr. Ernest Walton, one of the tech crew members, and might I add, I enjoy his effervescent personality. He always greets me with a welcoming smile. All my servicing is covered by a maintenance plan I took out when I bought the car; at a great price for 5 years. When I arrived I was met by Alyx Gouch who coordinated the whole visit in a very friendly and professional manner. The whole process only took just over an hour and the waiting area was very comfortable with free coffee and doughnuts. I would highly recommend Lia Honda to anyone.

Chris Hernandez provided excellent customer service from the moment I arrived. He introduced himself and initiated opening inquiry about why I had come in (routine maintenance) and explained that he would do some initial assessments and check in with me about recommended care needed. He made sure I knew where the waiting area was and pointed out the coffee/refreshments area. He returned with and gave a clear explanation of those recommendations and a likely cost estimate and asked if I had questions. And said he would text with updates and come find me when he was wrapping up. And the car had been washed, too, when I finished payment and went out to the lot. He took a moment to pop over one more time and thank me for the opportunity to be of service. All good!
