We purchased a CForce 500 ATV on 5/15/21. The sales side of the experience was good but they were quite busy so it took a couple of hours to complete the transaction. I gave four stars for that. I'm disappointed with the servicing of the vehicle. First, the rear A-arms had not be greased, the zerks looked like a grease gun never touched them; I put four pumps of grease in each zerk (a small amount of water came out of one bushing). I shouldn't have been able to put one pump in. The second issue was the rear gear case was low on oil; I put about 2 ounces in to top it off. Engine oil level was good. I haven't checked the front case as I didn't have the tool with me to pull the plug. I've attached pictures of the zerks (after I greased them) so you'll know where to find them. As you can see in the rear case fill plug photo the oil level is low, oil should be visible at the bottom of the hole. I paid ~$300 to have the vehicle serviced and didn't get my money's worth. Two stars for servicing.

What a great experience overall, Randy was an amazing salesman with absolutely no pressure. He absolutely made my experience along with Josh in parts and Craig in finance what a five star team. Josh surprised me by being able to get some awesome accessories that were on back order. He even spent his own time installing them on my bike before I picked it up. Craig had all my information ready to go and could easily answer all of my financing questions which made it quick and easy! Randy was very easy to get ahold of and knew everything about the bikes. You can tell these guys know there stuff and love there jobs! They made my experience the best it could have been.

Great experience working with Jeff at Maxim Honda. Low pressure sales experience that helped me find exactly what I wanted in a motorcycle. Excellent support from the rest of the team.

Great experience. I almost bought my bike here when I started riding about three years ago but they didn’t have the model I wanted in stock. This review is only for service. There are a lot of negative reviews here, and I can’t understand why anyone would give this place less than five stars. I brought my bike in for a general health inspection and to replace a badly stripped bolt. They didn’t try to upsell me anything. When I picked up my bike, the technician walked me through a list of parts that will likely need replacing soon and didn’t pressure me to do anything else that day. The turnaround time was fast, and the pricing was fair. I’ll be back for all future service needs.

I brought my 23 cbr600rr in due to starting failure in which seems like a pretty straightforward process they made it seem but not…never got a call once from them always had to call never got what I need to get done on top of the service which was putting a rear set on not a hard task at all but don’t have time myself to do it after battle with them for 5 months with the same answer of waiting on honda which was bull because I called honda told them the problem and diagnostic paperwork which the shop gave me and said they could honor the warranty on the bike to get a new motor in at my shop in Az, they not only charged me 600+ dollars or this they gave me by bike back in pieces shown by the photos this was probably one of the worst shop experience I have ever had no one in this shop communicate I would call for updates and be told to call back tomorrow to talk to someone else if I could leave them a zero star review I would and If I could sue I would!!.they also did not return all my faring bolts including tank bolts as well as the gp shifter, rear brake lever, and rear set bolts that I dropped off all marked in ziplocks upon drop off!. Before care of this shop do more research on reviews dont look a star rates and regret using a service from them!! STAY AWAY!!…..

They can only finance American Citizens itseems . All others have to pay full cash even with good credit score !!! I went to them with 30% down payment and good score and yet had to go home empty handed feeling embarrassed !! Staff and Inventory was great.

Great experience! Unfortunately we went to Ride Now and that was an absolute nightmare. Feel free to read my review on them. The entire process here was so smooth and straightforward. No surprise added cost. Finance was an absolute breeze! We are so happy with our 2025 Honda Pioneer 700-4! Thank you guys for a great experience!

They are friendly enough if you go right up and talk to them. Their prices are reasonable. I bought a few hundred dollar worth of gear from them, but not a bike. Selection is somewhat limited.

I called around on a Saturday to try to find some new ADV tires for an upcoming ride. I called the national cycle supply shop that has a brick and mortar locally, along with local dealerships, including the one that sells my particular bike. No one had my size tires in stock. Maxim had two brand choices for me, and allowed me to look at both sets to help me make a decision. Very friendly staff. Great prices and they were able to install them within the hour. I will be back and I highly recommend them. I worked with Austin in service. It's also important to note that their tire prices were extremely competitive and better than other places, including online vendors.

I have not actually purchased anything from this establishment...yet, but if I was in the market I would definitely go here. I am reviewing them because I pulled into their parking lot with a flat tire and was having a little trouble changing it out. Without even being asked, someone came out and asked if I needed some help. He quickly brought out a floor jack and helped get my wheel off which was frozen to the axle. I am very grateful for the generosity I received from this employee and genuinely good person. I feel bad because I did not catch his name. Thank you to this good samaritan!

I just left list dealership. I have a dealer account for a small business at me and my father run. We were originally told just to call them and order up parts, and they would help us with part numbers. While they recently changed it up on us and told us we have to supply our own part numbers. We did that eln, it ended up being the wrong heart still, so we had them look up the part number and order a part for us. But they didn't inform us that, in order to install this part. You had to buy another $200 with the parts and get this part installed in context. Part is a CV axle. Apparently, when you have to buy it, you have to buy a whole new insert that goes into the transfer case. Well, we were going off of the company. Website and off the receipts, where it tells us. We have 25 days to return parts. We are now informed that since it was a special order. And the box was open that they cannot return the parts themselves. So they're sticking us with the part and telling us we have to figure it out on our end. I'm sorry, but with all the dealerships that I have done business with. They have never had a policy where if a package is open that they cannot return it. From what they have posted online and on their very own receipts. Is that you are subject to a 25% restocking Fee. Well, apparently, we are not allowed to return our parts anymore. And that we are stuck with them, if you open app the packaging with policies like this, you would figure that you would be told about it when you open app an account or it would be posted on a sign or on the receipts itself. But unfortunately, they're throwing this on us last minute. Personally, I don't think I'll ever be returning to the stealership because they never have any parts on hand that you would need even for brand new bikes. And honestly, with the lack of service and professionalism with these people. I am surprised this business is still open if I could. I would give this a 0 sor review instead of one. I am highly disappointed in this dealership. After going there for years and kept on dealing with these problems.

This dealership was highly recommended to me and did not disappoint. Storm was my sales rep and was so easy to work with. Their price was by far the lowest in the metroplex and they were super quick to respond with a quote. Craig G. helped with completing the sale and was awesome. Definitely give these guys a try. You'll be glad you did!!

Great group of guys in the service department! Was going to go out for the start of the weekend ride only to find a nail in my sidewall. Managed to air it up enough to make it out to Maxim. They didn't have my tire in stock but helped me find a solid replacement and gave me an amazing price on tires and labor. Everyone at the dealership was really awesome to talk to and interact with. I did not purchase my bike here but definitely wished I had. When it comes time for a second bike, I know where I am going!

Called around to several dealerships looking for their best price and availability. Didn't want a sales pitch, didn't want to spend 2-3 days bargaining over price. I wanted to pick up my 2026 CFMOTO u10 Pro Highland the same day. No financing, no warranties. Just give me your best price. Clay was that man. He gave me a price "out the door." I shot back with my offer. Less than 20 minutes later he said come get it. And I did. Craig in finance/closing was super easy to get along with and was quick and efficient. I really thought a dealership close to the Metroplex would be the highest price of the three other more rural dealerships I called. Glad I called them, and I'm glad I got to work with Clay & Craig.

Clay went above and beyond from start to finish. He responded quickly to my inquiry, made the purchase process smooth and easy, and even stayed two hours after closing to help me pick up my purchase — that alone says everything about his dedication. Originally, I was set to fly home, but I was on the hunt for a special Christmas gift for my daughter. We come from a motocross background, but she hasn’t fully taken to dirt bikes, so I spent two weeks searching for the perfect gift. I ran into multiple dead ends, even on some great deals, and was starting to lose hope. Clay turned the entire situation into an incredible experience. This wasn’t just a purchase — he helped make a little girl’s best Christmas yet. My daughter has thanked me every single day since she got it and is genuinely grateful. That kind of joy is priceless. Driving 14 hours home was absolutely worth it, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again knowing I’d be working with someone like Clay. If you’re considering buying from Maxim Honda Yamaha, do yourself a favor and ask for Clay. You won’t regret it.
