Really great experience at this location. The team, Dylan specifically, did a great job explaining the issues with my vehicle and options for moving forward. I felt at ease with Dylan’s honesty. Even though it is company policy not to remove the diagnostic cost even if you’re getting repairs done there, they worked with me to help me find coupons and other ways of reducing my overall charge. I am grateful, loving my car, and I will be back!

Avoid at all costs. They do not complete the job correctly and play games unless you have a warranty they can squeeze. I have been going to this shop since I moved to Texas from another state. My vehicle had a warranty and they completed all of my scheduled maintenance and everything else that needed to be fixed as it was all covered under my warranty without issue. Fast forward to my vehicle's warranty expiring as the vehicle was about to be paid off. I had issues with some noises,leaking etc and they told us it was the power steering pressure line and it would need a service package to clean and replace the fluid etc after the repair . After it was fixed the problem continued and I had to take my car back to them 3 times.Each time they either said it was something else that they they fixed or they just didn't know. The repair never lasted and it always went back to the original problems. I had to call at least 4-6 times for the same issues. Unitl they got tired and washed their hands of it. The real problem was the power steering pump and needed complete replacement. They wanted me to pay for that repair, but it didn't make sense to pay for the power pressure line first and service package and then replace the entire system when that could have been fixed from the start. I tried to talk to the manager, contacted the company, disputed with my credit card to no avail. I basically paid for a repair that was completed and did not fix the issues with my vehicle. They did not want to stand behind the work and basically made me fix the symptoms instead of the actual problem thoroughly. Shame on me! I lost my money, but learned a valuable lesson in the process. Avoid this location at all costs the manager is the owner /franchisee and what he says goes as corporate has no say here.

Dylan handled the issues with great care. Although the timeframe was 6 hours, it was nice to see that the vehicle is ready for the family. Dylan handled the front desk like a pro and is a very valuable asset to the team at this location. Kudos also to the mechanic who took time to talk with my little guy when he asked questions!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Drive Time and ran into major issues within the first week. Since they were an approved vendor with my warranty company, I had the repairs done there. Customer service was excellent—Dylan kept me updated throughout the process, and Joe went out of his way to resolve a programming issue on the transmission after the main repairs. My biggest frustration was the turnaround time. The repairs ended up taking about a week longer than originally estimated, and the delays were tough, especially in the middle of summer when the team was short-staffed and clearly handling a heavy workload. While the process tested my patience, I do appreciate the effort and professionalism shown by the staff in completing multiple major repairs.

I am a loyalty customer. I bring all my vehicles to Eldorado shop They are honest and only repair what is needed. I asked them to check on fan belts and they could have easily replaced them but did not because it was not necessary.

Latest update of my initial comments : The team quickly followed up, and a service technician reached out to clarify that it was a miscommunication. They confirmed it was a part issue, scheduled an appointment right away, and resolved it professionally and efficiently. I truly appreciate how fast they acted and how seriously they took my feedback. All concerns were addressed, and the experience turned out to be very positive. Thank you, Meineke team, for valuing customer input and delivering great service! I visited Meineke to have my rear driver-side window repaired after it was broken. I appreciated how promptly they received and worked on my vehicle. However, the window was reinstalled in a way that the power button now functions in reverse—pulling the switch up lowers the window, and pushing it down raises it. When I brought this to their attention, they said it would require an additional diagnostic fee to investigate. I’m genuinely disappointed. This seems like a basic functionality check that should have been part of the repair. Very dissatisfied with the lack of attention to detail

My car went to Meineke because Car shield would only put a used transmission in my car. They would not put a rebuilt,Meineke and Ford both told them they should put a rebuilt one. The first one went bad immediately after they put it in the second one the warranty people sent another used transmission and forced them to put lots of extra new stuff on the vehicle for the transmission. They did everything they were supposed to do, but the company was being very difficult. Through it all all of these guys at Meineke did a real good job and they really stuck up for me because this company tried to make me pay for a lot of stuff and they didn’t let that happen. I got my car back and it runs really good right now so far These guys were really really good to me. Joe is an excellent person. He really took care of me.

Check engine light was on. Had the thermostat replaced and a coolant flush. Paid a $119 diagnostic fee, which seems high; other places will credit the fee against resulting repairs made. I wish that was the case here. I do appreciate the advice and service I always get - just wish the fee could have been credited.

I've had a few services at this shop, most recently brakes. Previous work was fine, no issues. The brakes presented a unique problem, which after 2-3 return visits appears to be corrected. I didn’t actually use them for service, as I had two failed TMPS sensors, and explained to Joe the manager that I had those sensors replaced last year and he recommended. I call Discount tire when I had the work done and see if there was a warranty,. And there was, so I ended up going back to discount tire for the warranty work. However, Joe was very nice and helpful and honest, and they seem to have a very good operation going there, and I would recommend them to anybody else.

Joe is very thorough and explains everything to you and gives you options that fit your budget! The waiting area is super comfortable with a Dr.Pepper drink machine, free coffee, mint patty candy dispenser, and good magazines and TV to watch while you wait. Highly recommend Meineke! They do great work!
