There’s a reason I keep coming back to this specific Meineke. The customer service is amazing here. Monday evening my harmonic balancer fell off while heading home and right away I called Karen and she told me to bring in the next day to see what they can do. I brought it in was told it was going to take two days but next thing I knew I received a call at 545 stating my vehicle was ready. If thats not excellent customer service then I don’t know what is.

Manager Karen saved our whole weekend. She got us in on a Saturday morning after being stuck in the middle of desert. She brought in an employee from a different shop and she was able to get it all handled and fixed in great time. Karen means business and very compassionate about her customers and making their life as easy as possible and that’s exactly what she did with us.

I was trying to find a customer survey on Meineke website, but wasn't sure where it was so I'm leavibg this review. Been going to this Meineke for years. There was one manager about 10 years ago I didn't really like and almost looked elsewhere. Stuck with them and I only ever saw the guy once anyway. The manager they have now, Karen, and her team are excellent. They tell you how it is. Explain everything and make sure you're good with the job to be done beforehand. Professional workers and I feel very comfortable and at ease knowing I can still come to this same shop with this team at this location. Very good work each time I've come in to get work done with this team. Thank you all!

Wasn't expecting them to service my C63 AMG Black Edition because it's a high end Mercedes. But, she and her crew took care of business. Definitely will keep this in mind on my next oil change.

I felt at home as soon as I entered the front door. All the techs were great. Nice and very knowledgeable!! AND .. the manager Karen is exceptional!!. She gets whatever it takes to get a good job done….she does!! I was there for a while (only because I really didn’t want leave not because they were slow !!!). and I never saw one customer leave unhappy. That’s a miracle these days. Overall this place I rate a 10+!!

I went down to Vegas for a day and had car trouble. I called Friday afternoon and Karen was able to get me in the next day early morning. Steven helped diagnose my car, he is very knowledgeable and tried to pin point the problem right away to get it fixed. They were able to get my car up and running to drive back home a couple hours. Highly recommend everyone is so kind and trustworthy. If I was local I'd definitely take my car back for service.

This place is lies! Nothing but lies! We came yesterday and they said that the battery and the coolant is bad when we did oil change already. They said the alternator bad too. They tried to make us pay for all 3 for $1,223 and when we declined the lady up front named Karen was forcing us to do finance when we didn’t want too. She tried to guilt trip us even saying that we gonna die if we drive that car she was even being racist cause my mom had an accent. So we left and today we came to pep boys. They were really nice and understanding. They checked our car for only $17 and they said the alternator was bad. Only the alternator was bad. The battery is perfectly fine. We only had to pay $416.

Before trying this Meineke, I had only taken my Nissan to the dealership for service. My regular dealership went out of business and the replacement dealership let me down "big time" on my first visit with them. Therefore, I looked at reviews for another place to bring my car for the repair I needed and this Meineke had better reviews than my dealership, so I thought I'd give them a try. Everything about this location from the manager, Karen, to the master mechanic who did the work was terrific. The price for the work was great and it was done quickly. I received honest, quality work from them and I am 100% satisfied with my first experience here. I will definitely come back again. Thank you, Karen!

After staying away for a few years, due to poor managers at this location, I stopped in to give them another try with an oil change. The current manager there, Karen, is a great lady, very pleasant and knowledgeable and a joy to work with. Everyone I encountered at the shop was friendly and no nonsense. I will absolutely be coming back, as they did a fantastic job working with me.
