Updated review from my car that I originally brought in during May. Brought it in for stalling issues. They replaced the high pressure fuel pump but didn't fix the issue. Then they wanted to install the low pressure fuel pump. I took it to an independent mechanic that fixed a couple other issues with my car and eventually I had to take it to the dealership. One of the issues with my car down the line was that the fuel clip that hooks the fuel line it was broken and the metal tabs were bent. The EVAC hose was also replaced with one that doesn't fit my car (I was not even made aware of this replacement.) They also installed my AC compressor, yet my AC buzzes like crazy. When I took my car back to get the AC rechecked, I also mentioned the things my mechanic had to fix. They were rude to me and very defensive saying they would never leave my car like that and yet, my car kept progressively getting worse the hotter it got. They refused to take responsibility. They changed my AC compressor for the second time and it still buzzes. My mom picked my car up and said the guy at the front didn't even say a word to her. Don't take your car here even for a battery change. Spent over 3k here. What a waste of money.

Brought my car in for an inspection on friday. on monday when using my car it was jerking forward very bad when idle and would cut off when idle for too long. i pulled over when i could and saw that 2 hoses, one being part of the air intake wasnt placed back properly and the clamp wasnt even tightened down. this is ridiculous. had i taken the car back i wouldve possibly been told i needed to pay for some insane price to fix something that was caused by techs during an inspection. smh. lets do better

The lake Mead and Hollywood location. Takes.\nCare of both my vehicles, they make sure that my family is safe.I will not go any other place again. Being from California searching for a good mechanic shop, it's hard enough, but to find someone that takes care of your family first, then your vehicles is very hard to find. I've been there several times they've always been open honest fair about prices and they take care of you. Management professional every time, but at the same time we treat you like family, he shows that they care they always go above and beyond always. I feel comfortable now that my wife now takes her vehicle app there and does not need me to go with her or to call up there and talk to anyone that's how comfortable she feels. That's how comfortable they make us feel that they would take care of us. And that's a very good feeling, it's a great feeling, and I want to say thank you, i can't speak for all locations but I do speak for this location. And I am referring all my family and friends to this location.

Brought my 2025 Chevy Trax in for an oil change, and was greeted quickly and professionally. They got my vehicle pulled in and changed my oil, and had the vehicle ready to go all within about 35 minutes. They’re honest, they try to help you save some money, and they actually fix the issues. If they don’t fix the issues they don’t keep charging you those small fees, they keep trying to get it all completely fixed. Customer Service is always kind too, I enjoy getting my truck worked on. I’ve had my AC worked on several times because we were diagnosing the actual issues and it took some steps. I’ve had my leaks fixed, and my oil changed.

Customer serv8ce was great and was treating well but that is where it stops. 2 days after they replaced transmission the entire front end started shaking apart. Had it towed to a local shop and meineke left 8 bolts loose. 3 others were gone. As well as one cv axle boot was destroyed and grease everywhere. Never called them because honestly I dont want them touching it. They are over 200 miles away and I need a car now. So had a local shop fix it but still upsets me.

I like the manager Ramses, followed him from the Lamb Blvd location. still had/have thousands of reward points from 2 cars ago-mini cooper, so I stopped in and had my tires rotated on my chevy Bolt ev. Ramses had me in and out, wanting more, in a half hour. will use the remainder points soon to get my brakes done 5☆

I took my Suburban to them end of September early October. Not to get into to much details but my car to this day is still not fixed. $5,000 plus later. Meineke promised me the world that it will be fixed but it’s all promises they can’t keep. Not only that they didn’t fixed the issue but it’s even worse that when I took it to them. Now I have a Suburban sitting in my driveway that don’t work unless I come up with more money to fixed or replace the engine. It should have been the one they fixed but they were to in a hurry money out of me that they forgot what really matters. Customer needs is what matters. I’m in a brink of losing my car for good because of Meineke’s failure to do the job I paid them for. I’m glad for inviting me to do a review on your unethical business. You have zero stars from me.

Booking an appointment was easy online. The service advisor was nice and easy to talk to. But the service was bad. I went in there for an oil change in a tire rotation, and some reason every time I go I never get the price of the coupon. There’s always hidden fees or the filter on my car. It’s not part of the promotion. I told him I had a check engine light and I already knew what it was so I only was here for an oil change in my tire pressure light.I told him to let me know if my tire needed repair or it was just air needed. My service was done and when I was paying for my service, I asked about my tire. If it needed a repair or it was just air. He told me that If my tire pressure light was still on, I needed to change my sensors. So I left and went inside my vehicle, and I noticed that the tire Light was still on. So I got off the car and I ran around to check my tires and I noticed at the same tire was still low. I turned off my car and I went back to the office and I told him was he sure that they rotated my tires and they put air in my tires. Because he had told me that my tires were good and my tires didn’t need rotation because they were fairly new. But he didn’t know if the The mechanic put air in my tires. I was really disappointed. He told he would check my tires for air and which the tire I was concerned about I didn’t need an air. I just don’t understand where that got missed because that was my main concern from the beginning. This will be my last time going there. I feel like I was bamboozled. Who double check the mechanics job Or make sure the concerns are meant.
