I had an excellent customer experience with Elvira Michel, Director of Customer Service. She helped me navigate ongoing Mercedes Me App software connectivity issues and took the time to clearly walk me through it. Her professionalism, patience and knowledge made a frustrating situation much easier to resolve. Thanks to her support, the issue was fully addressed and I ultimately received a refund. Elvira definitely went above and beyond and I appreciate the outstanding service she provided.

I was having a horrible day but agent Jaime Gutierrez and Enrique Espinoza in service team and parts made my experience wonderful. I highly recommend these two guys! From the moment I stepped in Jaime said that all the agents were on break, but that he was going to personally help me out with whatever I needed. Jaime ran back and forth to find me my part number, how much my service would cost, and so much more. Jaime is a great employee and deserves recognition.

I recently purchased a new car from Mercedes-Benz of San Diego, and once again, it was an exceptional experience. We worked with Nick Lehman, who also sold me my very first Mercedes more than six years ago. Nick has always been incredibly helpful and positive, and his service is truly unmatched. His colleague Adam was also fantastic. He walked us through the cars with patience and explained all the special features during the test drive in a way that made everything easy to understand. One thing I love about this dealership is the extra thought they put into the delivery. When you pick up your car, they place a big red bow on it. It’s such a fun touch, and it makes bringing a new car home even more exciting not to mention it looks great in photos. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of San Diego and definitely suggest asking for Nick Lehman. He’s the reason we came back, and he continues to deliver the best of the best service every time.

This review is based on my experience. I was looking for a particular Mercedes model. Only dealership that had car was 2 hours away. Sales Danial was great answering all my questions over the phone , sending us pictures and videos of car. My husband took a day off to drive out to San Diego and pick up car 1/31/26. Entire process while we were there was absolutely wonderful. A day after of getting the car we started noticing strange noises coming from back brakes. I did contact my sales rep, but no response. A few days later, he replied, saying he had a few days off, and he would contact me at his return. Meanwhile, new noises and strange sounds started coming from the engine. They got so bad I honestly felt embarrassed driving my vehicle. Since I did not get a call back from sales rep, I did go ahead and contact dealer directly. I’m sure I left at least a dozen voicemails for Mercedes management team in certified preowned department with NO call back. The last voicemail I left for management at this department I informed them I was taking my car for service at my nearest Mercedes dealership. I also mentioned I would be writing a review on my experience. Within minutes, I did receive a call back from my sales rep. At that point, I was more upset than anything. I knew that the call had to do with them, not wanting to receive a bad review from me . I just ignored the call and text sales rep, letting him know that I no longer needed his help. My car has been at the Ontario Mercedes for a week now. They did inform me my new car needs a new engine. Mercedes AMG C43 that I purchased less than a month ago. I only drove it for a few days and now it needs a new engine. What a nightmare and inconvenience this has been! For anyone trying to purchase a car be careful. Sales day might be wonderful .. but if you need them after GOOD LUCK on contacting anyone.

What a disappointing dealership!!! Coming from a world of service advisors across multiple dealerships and multiple cars that I own (5), I figured I would give my closest SD MBZ dealer a chance with something simple such as my HUD not working. Upon arrival after waiting a whole month for an appointment, I pulled into the drive and was just looked at by advisors and employees without any help or direction on where I needed to go or who to talk to. I had to stop someone to ask. After meeting with an advisor, he "forgot" to mention that the "complimentary" loaner car actually is not complimentary and that there would be a fee. After meeting with the loan car desk, the associate kept referring to my "complimentary" loaner so I asked him to stop referring to it as complimentary when it is not. He then proceeded to explain that it is the advisor charging the fee, and that he does not charge any fees at the loan car desk since the vehicle is complimentary.... make that make sense LOL. After asking others who bring their cars into this dealer, they are also not charged fees so not sure why I was singled out. Assuming the advisor will tell me that my platinum warranty will not cover repairs, and something as simple as changing a fuse for the HUD will be $500. Was also told that my car would not be washed at my request since they use cheap drive through (non-touchless) car wash. AS a MBZ dealer, are you kidding me? What a mistake coming here!

I found a car online Saturday night and emailed early the next morning to see if I could test drive it within a few hours. When I arrived the vehicle was curbside and I was able to take it out for a spin. Nick Lehman helped me with the purchase. He was personable, funny, knowledgeable and very easy going. I also worked with Carla in the finance office and she was great, too! The entire process was 2 1/2 hours, start to finish. Awesome service!

Great experience at this location. I worked with Nicolae McIntosh, and he was not only a kind salesman but also provided exceptional service. Initially, I didn’t have anyone to drive the car back with me to LA, and Nicolae even offered to help, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I ended up having my father come with me, but I truly appreciated the offer. He made the entire process smooth and stress free, and I would highly recommend working with him. Also, shoutout to Grace in the finance department . She was incredibly sweet, honest, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. Our son purchased his first car today from Mercedes Benz SD. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Joe Jimenez was our sales rep and he took great care of us. Joe was very honest and super helpful my son felt very relaxed and happy with all of his advice and suggestions. His colleague Grace was very nice and also extremely helpful with helping explain how warranties work to our son. I would recommend this dealer to all of my family and friends. Frank is totally customer service oriented and a technical expert! My husband has been coming to this particular location to buy his Mercedes for close to 20 years. He bought me a new car for Christmas but I was in an accident and it was totaled by the insurance company. This time I wanted the car of my dreams. My husband called Frank Daymia who is his go to guy at Mercedes and they had it in stock. When I tell you that he is so incredibly kind and knowledgeable that is an understatement. He made the process really easy. He is so incredibly professional but is still very warm and welcoming. He went through everything that I needed to know about my new car. He had it washed with a bow on it. We will never go anywhere else for our Mercedes. We will also only go to Frank as he is so amazing and goes above and beyond for his clients. I would recommend Mercedes to anyone who wants a luxury car and I would definitely recommend Frank because he is the absolute best!!

I would never have thought I would be giving a five-star review to the service department at a dealership, but I'm happy to do so for this one. The short version is...I recently took my E450 coupe in for an A/C issue and it took about two weeks for them to diagnose and repair the issue. The car is under factory warranty, the needed repairs were made, and I was provided a nice loaner while mine was in the shop. After picking up my car, I received a survey from MBSD. I gave them an average rating for my experience based the unexpected length of time it took and lack of timely updates. The following day, I received a call from Elvira Michel regarding my survey. We had a great conversation. I explained that I wasn't upset, just wanted to give honest feedback related to this particular visit. I had purchased the car there and had a great experience with the dealership then. She explained that there was a major shortage of technicians during that time, apologized for lack of updates, explained what she has done to correct it going forward, covered the $19.95 service fee for the loaner, and even sent me an Amazon gift certificate. In this day and age, I feel that customer service is a thing of the past. Well, that is definitely not the case at MB San Diego. I wasn't an upset customer, just gave some honest feedback which was clearly taken very seriously. They are absolutely deserving of this five-star review.
