I would give it a negative zero if I could. I was referred by a friend to get my oil pan done. The owner was not friendly to begin with. Very rude and condescending. He did not communicate while my truck was at his shop. The job was not an all day job. His mechanics do not know what they are doing. They broke my transmission line and did a quick fix on it but leading me to believe it was replace. Now I have fluid leaking. I spoke with Mike about it and he asked me to buy the transmission line and bring it with me!! So I have to pay for something his mechanic broke!! I don't want my vehicle anywhere near this shop again. I have to now go to a real mechanic to have something fixed that wasn't broken when I brought my truck to them. If you value ur vehicle STAY AWAY!! "I'd rather not deal with someone who wants their car fixed on a budget & wants us to repair other items that need attention at our expense. I even offered to install the line at no charge if you ordered it. Not to mention we did a $1000 job for $400. If you don't want to deal with the rust under your vehicle you might wanna consider moving down South." Rusted or not the line was not broken and it should have been ordered by your shop. No money should come out of my pocket for something you broke. Being in business for 20 years doesn't mean you are an honest mechanic, it only means you deal with many ppl who have not called you out. Im only one person but im sure there are plenty like me over the years. Your price is your price that has nothing to do with me. I would have been happy to pay more if it meant better service. Your comment shows that you are indeed RUDE. My review wasn't a lie therefore I wasn't bashing you, only telling the honest truth. Maybe you should consider moving your shop down South so you don't have to deal with unexpected repairs that you caused and should replace at no cost to the customer. Blessings to you.

I can’t rave more highly about Mike’s Auto Repair. My car is over 15 years old, has over 200K on it, and is at the age where it needs extra TLC. I’ve been going to Mike for years and will continue to go until my car stops running. And when it stops running I’ll be going to Mike first for a replacement vehicle before I go anywhere else. Mike is extremely professional, knowledgable, and 100% honest, always. I’ve learned many times over, there is zero doubt that every repair he’s done on my car would cost more — or even way more — if I had it had been done at another repair shop. His mechanics are always top notch and I’ve never had a situation where I had to go back for a followup on a repair. When it’s fixed, it’s fixed. And always in a timely manner. Mike takes care of business. Every time. Period.

Have gotten all my cars at Mikes Auto Sales. Mike is a wonderful person to deal with and have never had a problem. Just recently had an issue that needed fixing and Mike got me in without a question at last minute, fixed my window and I was on my way. He also has a Mechanic named Victor who is very nice and easy to deal with. Definitely recommend and would get another car or service there in the future.

Mike took in my car after I had been too three different garages and been told I need many different repairs. He fixed my car in a timely manner and communicated too me everyday what steps they were taking to get to the bottom of the issue and ended up fixing much more then the original problem and making it run smoother when he gave it back then when I bought the car. I would go back to this garage every time as they speak with you about the steps you can take with your car and help you to understand the most reasonable course of action. Great service

If you looking for an honest mechanic Mike is your guy. I was in a situation that I got burn in a car I bought from a private owner and Mike made it right. (I should have purchased a vehicle from Mike). I too believe that review is fake because Mike told him to call him to address his complaint.
