We arrived on vacation and the 2nd day we were here our 2022 Chevrolet Equinox wouldn't start, I had my vehicle towed to Myrtle Beach Chevrolet they notified me that they were very busy but would get to me as soon as possible, Becki was a very helpful service advisor got us a rental at enterprise and in a couple days had us up and running again, I am very pleased by the service department and Becki the service advisor !

Eh, it's a dealership mechanic. Don't expect the price to be cheap or to be done in a timely manner. Even oil changes are best to just drop off your vehicle unless you have 2-4 hours to waste.

Well I made a appointment little did I know at the end of the day they said well we did not get to it today will bring it in tonight and will be the first one they do in the morning ok well. I showed up thinking my van would be ready . But not they wanted to keep it another night just to put it on the machine to tell me what was wrong with it . Sorry poor customer service there I took my van home and now looking for a place that will treat the customer with some respect.

Went into service department to get estimate and try to schedule a spark plug replacement. Walked out feeling like they could've cared less about my business as the service associate never looked into the system for information and threw out ball park figures off the cuff. Never asked for my information or if I could schedule an appointment. Will be my first and last time visiting this location.

Dropped off the truck for recall 4 weeks ago. They said they needed to order a part and sent me home. 2 weeks later I haven't heard anything so I called them and was put on hold for 15 min and forced to listen to their extremely annoying audio recording. Finally they took my number and said they would call me back. 2 weeks later they haven't called so I went into the shop and they said the part is back ordered with no clue when it will be available.

The people were friendly but I was told my 2024 Suburban would be ready for pickup on Wednesday when I dropped it off on a Monday. I called Wednesday afternoon around 3 because nobody called me. I was then told it will be ready on Friday. I knew this was going to happen and they gave me a loaner Equinox, nowhere near the vehicle I dropped off. I bet it will not be ready on Friday. Not happy as my family does not fit in an Equinox. Do better.

Wasn’t pleased I went to get a oil change, and after they took my car to the back, they said it would not crank they Said that I needed a fuel pump module I found it hard to believe with only about 22,000 miles on it and when they wrote up the ticket they wrote that the engine light was on and customer stated that it wouldn’t crank I come to get a simple oil change and the engine light was not on before I got there at all Ever since then, it put a bad taste in my mouth about Myrtle Beach Chevrolet.

After waiting 2 weeks for a appointment an explaining my problem with my headlight and wiring connector to a mechanic. The mechanic said they can get the job done. Finally being my car in for appointment. After a few hours they call to tell me my parts for everything I needed to get worked on including recalls all parts were discontinued. This could have been told to customer from the very beginning that's parts are discontinued for my year and make of vehicle. Waste of time will not do business at this location again. Also to mention they did not properly put parts back together sticking putty tape around my wire connector to my headlight.
