Be very careful when given an estimate because I almost paid over $400.00 for something I did not need repaired or replaced. I will never take my vehicle there again. And this was the results of a state inspection

Communications were terrible. Standard attempts to up-sell services for vehicle that were unknown/unnecessary. I got a text, an email, AND a phone call saying my inspection was complete. I tried to get the car 3-hours later but they still had not put the sticker on and refused to do it so that I could pick up the vehicle, saying ‘I only have one tech and he’s working on another vehicle now’. I asked why and they said they waited because I might have asked for additional services but when pressed about how that affects the inspection they would only say ‘it’s the last thing we do’. I had to go back again later to get the car. The icing on the cake was that they couldn’t be bothered to clean the adhesive from the area where they removed the old sticker and just put the new sticker next to the mess instead. I would NOT recommend this garage.

Went for inspection for a 4-year-old car with 11,000 miles. Got rejection for " The wiper blades are no longer clearing the windshield as designed" Tested the wiper blades after picking up the car: left blade was leaving a tiny, unremarkable streak on the windshield. Wanted to charge me $50 to replace the wipers. So bottom line: for example, if a car has hazed headlights, the entire assembly needs to be replaced because they no longer function as designed? Both my vehicle were serviced there, now they lost my business just because wanted to make quick $50.00

Friendly and did not give the impression that they recommend silly repairs. They boast of thier cheap hourly rates, but the ticket times they give are pulled out of thin air (I compared to Mitchell time). Wanted to charge 2.5 hours to do something I fixed with hand tools in a parking lot in 30 min. Brought the car back and it passed inspection.
