I had visited other Nissan dealerships that were closer to where I live, but I found out about Passport Nissan in Alexandria through Costco’s Auto Program. It was worth the extra drive! Sitting here in the lobby of Passport Nissan buying a used Titan and can’t help but realize how clean this place is. Spotless from floor to ceiling. Initially I was talking with Adrian Gonzalez. Hands down the nicest sales person I’ve ever met. Caring, polite and seems genuinely interested in you as a person. Can’t thank him enough for his service. Unfortunately for me, he was helping another customer so I was referred to Miguel Garcia. Again, very polite, helpful and honest. Once the test drive was done Miguel quickly went to work on a deal for me. It was done to my liking and I met Mr. Ryan Poole. I urge you to only speak with Ryan in finance. He was top notch and the most honest and friendly finance person I have ever dealt with. Thank you Adrian, Miguel and Ryan. I would also like to thank Passport Nissan of Alexandria! If Nissan ever decides to bring back the Titan I will trade in and buy a new one. But in the meantime this used one with a 4 year warranty will do.

I recently purchased a lightly used 2025 Jetta from the sales department and I couldn’t be happier. My sales rep Adrian was very easy to deal with, respectful and also very helpful throughout the entire process. I drove about 4 hours from Virginia Beach while Adrian held the vehicle for me (not something all dealerships do I assure you from experience) and after getting there, he and Ryan in finance had my new keys in my hand with everything handled in just over an hour! It was the easiest, fastest and most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever went through. I 10/10 recommend Adrian in sales and Ryan in finance if you want the smoothest car buying experience of your life.

I had a wonderful, stress-free experience with Passport Nissan in Alexandria, VA. The Sales Consultant, Jannie Lloyd was phenomenal and incredibly friendly. Jannie is a gem in the rough and Nissan should consider themselves privilege to have such a dedicated, knowledgeable employee. I had an absolutely excellent car-buying experience at Passport Nissan in Alexandria! From start to finish, I was in and out in about 3 hours — which is almost unheard of when buying a car. Everything was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. They were also running a great President’s Day sale, which made the deal even better! My salesman, Milan Hossain, was fantastic — professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. No pressure, no gimmicks, just great service. The sales manager, Ronnie Cassetana, truly impressed me. He saw that I had already looked at the vehicle online and was pre-approved, and he met me as soon as I pulled up. I came prepared with all my documents, and he respected that. We talked numbers, came to an agreement without any back-and-forth games, and moved things right along. After that, I met with the finance manager, signed my paperwork, and was on my way. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from Passport Nissan, and once again, they delivered a seamless experience. If you’re looking for professionalism, efficiency, and honesty — especially during their sales events — I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience getting my first car, a 2026 Nissan Sentra S. One day I was just looking at cars online and the Sentra popped up. I showed it to my dad and he wasn’t sure at first if I should get it, but I convinced him that we should at least go check it out. I made an appointment to get more details, and it ended up being a really great deal for a decent price. The car also had a lot of the features I wanted for my first car, and knowing that any car trouble would be taken care of gave me a lot of peace of mind. Adrian helped us throughout the whole process, and he was very nice, professional, and consistent. Since this was my first car, my dad and I had a lot of questions, but Adrian was very patient and answered everything clearly. He did a great job following up with us and made sure everything was handled properly. Even after I purchased the car, he still checked in and continued to help with any questions we had. Overall, Adrian made the experience smooth and comfortable, and I really appreciate how helpful and professional he was. Mr.Adrian was super excited for me and my dad. I’m very happy with my first car!

I recently came in for a scheduled 11:00 AM state inspection appointment and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. When I first arrived, no one greeted or acknowledged me. I stood for a moment looking around before approaching a service advisor myself. My invoice listed my advisor as Aki, so I introduced myself and let her know I had arrived for my state inspection. She confirmed my name, asked if it was for a state inspection, took my key, and told me she would let me know when my vehicle was ready. About an hour and a half later, I received a text saying my car was ready. When I returned inside, my invoice was folded on the counter with my key on top and I was simply told, “You’re all set.” After getting into my car, I noticed my phone charging cord and dash camera cord had been unplugged (which I understand may be policy). While plugging everything back in and starting the car, I realized I had forgotten to mention that my vehicle has had a key system error message on the dashboard for some time. I walked back inside minutes later. Again, no one acknowledged me, so I waited for my original advisor to become available. When I told her about the dash error, she responded by saying “Yeah, I saw that.” I was surprised that this was never mentioned to me earlier, especially since it had apparently already been noticed during the service. I asked if there was anything that could be done, and she told me I would need to schedule another appointment for a diagnostic scan costing around $200, which would take a few hours. What stood out to me most was the lack of communication and customer service throughout the visit. In the past, when I’ve come to this dealership, the experience felt much more attentive — even small touches like a quick vacuum or dash wipe were done. None of this was even done to my car this time. After reading my invoice later, I noticed a note stating “upon write up saw key system error message on display.” That made it even more surprising that it was never brought to my attention during the visit. I’ve worked in customer service since 2009, so I understand the importance of communication and acknowledging customers. Unfortunately, this visit felt rushed and impersonal compared to the level of service I’ve experienced here before. I would appreciate management reviewing this experience and working on improving communication with customers in the service department. Because of this experience, I will likely not return to this location or recommend it to others. (Invoice # NICS534607)
