I want to give a huge shout out to Paul Miller Ford Service Center. My brakes went out in my 2016 Ford Fusion, I had an appointment at another auto repair shop closer to home as I was driving in the rain without brakes. The other place where I was told to bring it in today turned me away without brakes in the rain. I drove to Paul Miller and even though they were backed up and I did not have an appointment, they took my car in and got me a ride home safely. Our car went out, and most people thought it was the transmission. We were looking at a $4000-$5000 repair bill. They kept our car for two weeks, and finally found out it was in the turbo. After checking our warranty, they replaced the turbo, all 4 brakes, changed the oil, and the spark plugs, and it still came to just $1600. Rebecca in the service dept. was very helpful through all of it.

Came early and was redirected to another CS rep... she was rude and had a slight attitude. I informed them something came up we need the car sooner and she was getting an attitude with me . When I left is when she tried to be nice but bad experience cost 57 for an oil change. Not too bad.

Friendly service. It took way too long for a routine oil change, (1&1/2 hours). 1st appointment of the day so there shouldn't have been a reason for the delay! Bathroom appeared to have been clean but neglected! Just old looking and not cared for like they should have been. Toilet seats old and cut up, walls looked like they took sandpaper to them but never finished.
