Whoa! Amazing service. Another shop quoted me an exuberant amount for things that had already been recently fixed on my car so I took it to Platinum Auto Service for another opinion. They got me in right away, were super helpful and most importantly, are TRUSTWORTHY. Most of the quote from the other shop was bogus. They fixed what actually needed fixed and I greatly appreciate the service, the team, and the savings on car repairs. Found my new Front Range shop!

These guys are really amazing! A previous shop told me I needed both of my front lower arm controls replaced. I took my car here for a second opinion and they told me that wasn't necessary. Instead they quoted me for just the bushings repair which saved me so much money. A few weeks later I brought my car in to have them diagnose what my previous shop said was a wheel bearings issue. Again, these guys advised not to do the repair as they believed it was due to a tire issue. I have never been to a car repair that didn't constantly push me to repair things. I fully trust these guys with any future car maintenance, as they've proved time and time again that they truly care about their customers. The prices are very affordable and the mechanics only recommend repairs that are truly needed!

This is the rare business that operates with integrity and offers quality service. Happy Saturday! Just want to give a Big thank you to Shawn and Jimmy and everyone at Platinum. You guys do amazing work. I have 2012 audi was told from the dealership I had some engine problems and a few other things. A friend of mine gave me Shawn number and he said he will be able to help you for probably half the price of the dealership. Which is exactly what happened, when I got the call from Jimmy how much it would be it brought happy tears to my eyes. Again thank you! If I could give you 10 stars I would!🤗

Took our car in for brakes, ac/heater, rotate tires and wiper blades. Guys called in a couple of hours and said brakes are fine, looked at them and they had 50% left. They got a special tool for the a/c, but could not fix the issue. They thought it was a software/programming issue and they wouldn’t do it. Said go to the dealership. Rotated the tires and installed new wiper blades. Wife picked up the car and the bill was $67. I said that can’t be right. Called and he said he took care of the tire rotation, and won’t charge us for it. I said what about all the other work and he said sorry I couldn’t help you out. No charge! Most honest car guys I’ve ever known. Take your car there for any work, you won’t be disappointed.

My 2016 Allroad was not driving properly after an accident. I took my car to several other shops, I was not comfortable with their diagnostics, so I decided to call Platinum Auto Service. Sean assessed the car and informed me that there were issues with the wheel hub and wheel bearing kit. After the issues were fixed, my car is now driving perfectly. Platinum Auto Service is a great business. A few weeks ago my car required pretty significant servicing and repair. They did great work on my 2013 BMW, X3. When I brought my car in, the “check engine” light was on. It needed camshaft work, my battery was dead, my brake fluid was bad, the car was leaking oil, and my brake sensor was damaged (by me). There were also other small issues, most of which I didn’t even tell them about. All of the problems with my car were resolved on time for $3 cheaper than the price that was initially quoted. I am beyond pleased. I really trust this company, both to do good work and to be more than fair on cost. They treated me very well and I have seen this with other customers in the past. This will continue to me my first choice for repairs and servicing on my vehicle. Thanks you to everyone involved in the process, and I look forward to dealing with you guys in the future!

I brought in my recently purchased BMW X5 (4 months ago) for a pre-purchase inspection. After about 45 minutes on the lift, the mechanic came out and told me the car was in great shape. I went to pay, and to my surprise, they told me there was no charge. I was honestly blown away by that level of honesty and generosity. I came back today (6 Aug '25) with an AC issue, and within an hour, they had the AC fixed and did an oil change — all at a very reasonable price. These folks are not only excellent at what they do, but they also deliver outstanding customer service. Honest, skilled, and fair — I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else now. Highly recommend!

If there was a rating higher than 5 I would rate Platinum Auto higher. I brought my 2010 V10 M5 to them for years and they did exceptional work. Saved $1000 over similar service at a local BMW Dealer. Don't get me wrong, BMW Dealer Service is top-notch with the coffee bars and resting areas not to mention inspection videos and free car washes, BUUTT, when it comes to price, well, you pay for all that. I got both front/rear differential services, transfer case service, and coolant and brake fluid flushes (typ. 60K service) for about $1000. The dealer wanted $2000. In addition, I got all fluid levels toped and air pressure adjusted. The Platinum Auto waiting area is also clean, comfortable, and roomy with computer desks and free coffee. Finally, all of that took only about 3.5 hrs. The last time I was at a local BMW dealer it took nearly that long to get my oil changed! Lastly, Jeff was about the nicest BMW rep I've had, very helpful and knowledgeable about my machine. I'll be back, many times in the future.

I've been going here for years on the referral of a friend. They have taken care of the regular A and B maintenance schedules and occasional repairs for both of my Mercedes. They are an extremely affordable solution to the over-priced dealership service departments and provide white glove service with a comfortable place to work (standup desks, wifi, beverages) while you wait. I'll never go anywhere else.

We had a tire that was really badly worn on the outside edge, the BMW stealership told us that we "might" need new lower control arms, quoted us $1,700......and couldn't guarantee this would fix the issue. We took it to these guys and they said everything looked just fine, get an alignment. So we got new tires and then an alignment from them. They saved us the same cost as the tires, so thank you! They were all friendly, their availability was reasonable and the prices were great! And saying this about mechanics is really saying something. Keep up the great things you're doing!

If you have an European car, Platinum Auto is your Shop. Most honest and reasonably priced shop around! I first brought my VW Passat back in 2022 when the heat in my car went out resulting in my engine to overheat. I went to the local VW dealer and they quoted me $900 just to replace the heater core, not including labor. I brought my car into Platinum Auto and they told me that my heater core just needed to be cleaned. The total cost was ~$250 including a coolant flush. I will never bring my car elsewhere! I have since comeback for normal servicing and other repairs. They are super flexible with their schedule and usually can fit me in at the last minute. There's also a comfortable waiting room with desks if you need to wait for your car. Thank you Sean and team for being a trustworthy auto shop!
